Our dog was supposed to be spayed in 2021.
Every year since she had what we thought was a water infection. Skip forward to December 2025. Christmas day i noticed a couple of clots of blood in the garden. Thinking it was another infection we called our new vets and they said it wasn't a infection. She then underwent lots of tests including a CT scan. The scan showed she had a complete uterine horn, half of a ovary and uterus! Basically she hadn't been spayed!! Over £8000 later and months of worry, she celebrated her 6th birthday. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone anymore. Disgraceful.

Took our spaniel for a wellness screen with the nurse. Rebecca was lovely, Billy took to her and sat quietly while she did his blood pressure and took a blood sample before enjoying taking treats from her. Thank you Rebecca if you get to see this.

I am very impressed by the team at Victoria vets. Our animal family mean the world to us and I feel confident in the vets and reception staff as they are all compassionate and professional and explain everything clearly. I trust that my beloved Timmy is in good hands. Thanks Victoria vets.

Avoid at all costs. Conflicting advice from different vets.

Avoid at all cost all they think about is the money I have been hounded by them I now owe them £16.02 for cancelling pet plan also was charged £659.36 to get a nail out of my puppy's paw and they wanted to see her the next day to check on it then they wanted to see her the week after for the same problem and charged me a further £41 for vet consultation absolutely disgusting!!!!
