Jason and the Viable Power team recently completed a third project for us with the installation of a Zappi EV charger. The quote was fair and the installation flawlessly executed in a similar fashion to the original solar array and Eddi device installed last summer. Thanks to Brad the Electrician for an expert job and very beneficial handover and explanation of functions.

Great team, very neat installation and tidy work. Came up with excellent suggestions for equipment locations and cabling and always let us know exactly what they were doing. Explained how to operate the system very thoroughly and clearly - and everything worked straight off. Always remarkably cheerful throughout despite terrible weather !

Chris Ball came to give me a quote and from paying a 20% deposit a few weeks later the scaffolding team were putting the scaffolding up on the Friday.
On the Tuesday Martyn the electrician and team and Carl and panel team came to fit the solar panels. They were all fitted in a day but ran out of daylight to finish the bird netting but they came back on Thursday to finish off and clean up after themselves so all finished and working and shown how to use the app.
On the Saturday Josh and team came back to take the scaffolding down so all done and very happy so would recommend Viable power to my friends and family

From the start Viable power showed us their knowledge and professionalism. The plan for our solar panels was quickly formulated, comprehensive and easy to understand. Due to the size of our system it took over six months for the power company to authorise our panels but once that had happened they were fitted quickly and with minimum of fuss. The app that comes with the solar system is easy to understand and very useful helping us to maximise the efficiency of the power we generate. We have been able to change the times we use certain machines during the day such as dishwashers and washing machines so that we always have enough power in the batteries to cover the cost. Their fitters are friendly, efficient and left no mess. If we had to make any negative comment it would be that we needed to call viable power for updates during the delay by the power company rather than the other way round. However this is a minor issue and we would recommend Viable power to anyone wishing to install solar panels. Their after installation service has been top notch and we are more than satisfied with the solar panels system we have had installed.

Great local service. Provided clear quotations, and were happy to discuss different options and adjust quotes accordingly. Viable Power also helped arrange additional roofing works to be completed in conjunction with the installation of the Solar PV equipment. All the works were carried out to a good standard. Following the installation they monitored the performance of the system and noticed it wasn’t performing at capacity and proactively contacted me on the bank holiday to arrange an electrician to fix the issue the following morning. Within 30 minutes we were running at full capacity. Goodbye electricity bills…

Quoting and solutions was easy and well explained. The installation came around very quickly once deposit was paid, and the work was carried out to a very high standard and with little disruption to our busy household.

Having had several quotes I chose Viable power as they were a local company, their price was very competitive and Chris in the office answered all of my questions patiently and in a straight forward manner. There was no pressure to place an order and no requirement to pay up front, only a 20%deposit.
Once the order was placed everything happened on the days advised and all of the work was carried out in a professional manner and everything left clean and tidy.
Jason the owner of the company was around to oversee the installation and checked to see everything was right and I was happy.
The whole experience was hassle free and I would certainly recommend this company to any of my friends.

Outstanding service from Chris and Jason at Viable. The initial survey was comprehensive and the quality of proposal presented back to us provided reassurance that we were dealing with professionals. Pricing was realistic and once Viable were instructed we were updated regularly with regard to programme and site arrangements. In order to ensure longevity of the installation, the Viable team were able to recommend a roofing firm to us to carry out roofing improvements prior to the solar install. There was clear communication between all parties and effective site management throughout with scaffolders/skips etc.

For my EV charger Viable Power Solutions gave me first class customer service, advice and support rounded off by a very professional installation at a VERY competitive price.
As a total EV beginner I needed an EV charger for a 42kWh Fiat 500e and started out with a wide search of charger types and installers. I very quickly decided on the Ohme ePod - a very smart charger. The ePod and the car could 'talk' to each other, and most importantly the ePod was fully integrated with Octopus Energy's Intelligent Octopus.
Through this learning and decision process Viable Power Solutions provided first class bespoke support and advice on EV Chargers and electricity tariffs. Support and advice you knew you could rely on. This has continued since the ePod installation was completed - through excellent after sales service.

We have had solar installations since 2013. Our first company were hard to find but very good and installed a 4KW array and inverter.

Last year we wanted an upgrade with a further 2 KW and battery. Again finding a good company was exhausting. Eventually, after several months our requirements were 95% met by a second company.

This year our original inverter became unreliable and again it was a painful process to find 'Viable'. However from day 1, they have been brilliant. They did an assessment and after a couple of weeks later (today) replaced our original inverter. Polite, clean, neat, professional with a good price and great communication.

All that I want now is documentation and the bill...perhaps I hope they can forget the bill, but I am not concerned as I know it will be small!
