5* from the survey with Dave through questions, paying, the scaffolding going up (even managed to convince half the village that it was Christmas lights!) to the installation.
12 panels, 2 batteries, inverter & plumbing all done in under a day by a bunch of really friendly guys.
They even sorted a problem remotely, my lack of understanding over Christmas when the batteries got cold.
And to top it all the whole system has performed even better than I hoped it would, our March electricity use was just £1.78 even using the immersion instead of gas for the hot water. Will be even better when we finally get a feed it tariff from EDF.
Extremely happy.

EE Renewables eventually delivered a neat and effective implementation, although there were some issues beyond their control along the way. The roof panels were installed on the scheduled day, but the electrician was unable to attend due to sickness. This was rescheduled the following week. There were two issues: the original battery failed, and the panels installed on the flat roof were incorrectly set up. The electrician returned to replace the battery, and the technical director and sales rep inspected the flat roof set up and corrected it. Once these issues were resolved the paperwork to set up an export tariff was done in two weeks. Overall I’m very happy because I now being paid for using electricity.

Jason was friendly and helpful, gave additional advice surrounding other solar products, like batteries as I already had panels in place.

We were having issues with our 2011 solar installation and having just had EE Renewables install a battery system decided to ask them to carry out an inspection to try and ascertain the problem and get a quote for repair. The best decision we could have made. From initial contact with their help desk through to the visit by their engineer Doug the whole process has been very professional and painless.
Doug could not have been more helpful. The whole system was checked out and all possible faults examined until in the end it was identified as a corroded connection that was the culprit.
I am delighted to be able to leave a thoroughly positive and complimentary review and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending EE Renewables to anyone thinking of installing a solar/battery system or requiring maintenance and repair to an existing system.

EE Renewables were outstanding. Right from the start, we felt they knew what they were doing. They were professional, quick, efficient, courteous and helpful. They also left everything spotless every night when they left.
They put in solar panels for us initially, and then we decided to have a heat pump as well.
They have installed an excellent heat pump which is operating extremely well, making the house pleasantly and consistently warm throughout, working through the coldest spell of winter.
Like most complex upgrades to an old house, we had a couple of teething problems at first; but whenever we had a problem, Leon (a total genius!) would put things right the same day, even at a weekend. The system we have enables Leon to track what is going on on his telephone, allowing him to identify the problem long-distance, and twice he could even instruct us what to do about it.
We are very glad we chose them and we would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service from EE Renewables when having solar panels installed: clear communication at every stage of the process, from initial information, through to the survey, finalising the system and booking the installation. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and professional at all times.
The roofers and electrician who came to do the installation found a problem with our roof which meant the panels could not be installed, but stayed to complete the electrical work, going the extra mile to ensure everything was installed tidily and unobtrusively. Once the roof repairs were done, the panels were installed successfully on a second visit.
What could have been a stressful situation on the day of the installation was handled by EE Renewables calmly and without any fuss; very happy with the service, and with our new system!

EErenewables came twice. First they installed the solar panels and the battery in October 2025. Then they installed the ASHP in February 2026. All what has been installed perfectly works (it was always a concern, fingers crossed that it stays like this). There were good conversations by several surveyors prior to install and the installation teams. EErenewables kept to the quotas and there were no additional costs,

Work carried out without any hassle, despite inclement weather. Team were polite and tidy, they explained the equipment and software. Any minor problems were sorted out promptly.

We opted for a solar panel system via the Solar Together scheme, and the installation company was EE Renewables. They provided a flawless service, were easy to communicate with, and a few days after completion we are surprised to be getting a significant amount of power - in November!
The surveyor Carl suggested panels on both roof slopes, as our roof is east-west - something I hadn’t thought was economic or available - a good start!
The scaffolding went up on both sides of the house - carefully and safely done buy two friendly young men - no names I'm afraid. The installation of the system itself was by Owen and Reece - friendly, helpful and informative, and a tidy and careful job from them both.
And finally Bethany in the office - always ready to help and provide information.
It's been a pleasure to deal with this group of people, and so refreshing to meet a company that actually cares!

Great experience with EE Renewables. They arrived on the day they said and the team got to work straight away. By lunchtime, the solar panels, battery and inverter were all in place.
EE Renewables have a very good technical support department, which I've used on a couple of occasions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending EE Renewables.

They were efficient, informative, helpful and polite throughout the process. The work was done with a minimum of fuss even though I had to leave them to their own devices for much of the time (family crisis)

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The solar and battery installation was seamless (Dave and Oscar worked incredibly hard) and was completed in one day. Neighbours who had similar PV installed had their contractors onsite for a week! The office team were well informed, responsive and super helpful (Bethany and Luke especially). Richard the surveyor was very personable and shared his experience through his recommendations which were spot on. 5 stars!
