My question was answered quickly and I was able to understand the response. I like the ability to chat on line because my hearing is not great. Sometime the people are hard to understand. Reading the answer is so much better.

Account representative answered my question about Medicare reimbursement and Social Security automatic Medicare deduction completely and accurately. Mayra answered by question quickly and correctly.

I had a general question which AI could not answer and I was passed to a live "Chat" person right away. Abbie assisted quickly and helpfully. I got my answer in reasonable time instead of waiting on the phone.

My retirement benefits didn't get started on the right date and Via customer service committed to fixing it - and they did. Took a couple weeks and conversations with back office team, but they persisted and made the appropriate correction. One doesn't often see follow through in customer support anymore, so I am very happy with their service.
