Above and beyond customer service! I ordered a pair of Vessi Soho shoes. They were advertised as a narrow fit and true to size. Unfortunately they were not a narrow fit and more like a half size larger than normal. As this was a final purchase I could not return. I did reach out to Vessi advising of the issue and their response time and service outstanding. I was able to prove these were not fitting as expected and they refunded my money. So what did I do??? I ordered another pair of Vessi's (I already had an older pair and generally love the shoe). I ordered the Market flat and have to say these blew me away. They fit true to size and the most comfortable shoe I have tried on straight from the box. No breaking in period. The foot bed is extremely comfortable, like wearing a slipper. I have been wearing them around the house for a couple of days so have not tested them in wet weather. But like I mentioned before, I have an older pair of City Gate Vessi's and after about 7 years they are starting to wear out.
I am going on an overseas trip later this year and they will be my main shoe.

I purchased these for work where there’s a lot of puddles I walk through & squeegee a lot. Only had them for about a month and splashes still soak through the sides of my shoe. I was disappointed with them and was just gonna wear them anyways and accept they don’t work. But then they started to have a bad mildew smell that I couldn’t wear them anymore. I tried contacting customer support multiple times. I keep receiving a generic email saying “someone will contact you in 9days” my first complaint was back in the beginning of December and I haven’t heard back yet. I’ve been emailing them once a week and haven’t heard anything. Their customer support isn’t very customer friendly. And my shoes didn’t last more than a month.

Update: Changed review from 1 to a 5 star. Customer service was outstanding in their response to my concern below. In the span of 4 hours, I was on my way to a resolution! It’s not about just the initial experience, but also how they respond to issues - and this was worthy of 5 stars!

Ordered shoes and had payment deducted a few days later. Got a vague tracking email in Chinese. Over 20 days later it says delivered, but I haven't received a package or a reply to my messages.

This isn't a review for Vessi's but it is about their refund policy. I was well past the 1 year warranty and my shoes started to leak badly. I contacted customer support through their email form and wrote a honest review on this site. Within 24 hours I had received a full refund on my credit card. Thank you, Vessi for being pretty stand up in customer service.

Owned a pair of Vessi's for 2 years now. I read a lot of reviews before buying them for me and my husband.
1) they are not warm. My feet are often freezing after wearing these outside for 2+ hours watching a soccer game
2) mine are no longer waterproof and I hardly wear them so that's irrating.
3) they are not comfortable. My feet often go numb when wearing then and the grip is subpar. On dry concrete they are okay.
4) not worth the money

Impossible to get in touch with. I returned a pair of sneakers, wrong size, which were returned on 27th November to their site. Waiting for a refund. They have asked for my tracking number, which I have supplied. Gone quiet and on their website they are off line but will return soon. I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying from the Company.

I’m over a month waiting for delivery of a pair of shoes. This companies customer service is far worse than any I have ever experienced. BEWARE, they do not have a single phone line to try and find answers on your order. You can not reach them, their emails are lies and not getting your order is a nightmare.

Very Bad Business Practices. I ordered my shoes on 11/29 and a week later on 12/5, I received an email saying that: “Unfortunately, we cannot shipped your order to your location because it is either in a rural, military base, PO Box, and etc.” On 12/5, I wrote back saying my address is in an apartment complex and I receive deliveries from UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and Amazon every single day. On 12/5, I received an email from Vessi saying: “We made a mistake and that we can ship your order via FEDEX.” Approximately either 12/9 or 12/10 and still no updates, I sent an email to Vessi saying I want to cancel my order because I am not a happy customer. On 12/12, I received an email from Jansel (a Vessi employee) telling me based on my order status, Vessi cannot refund/cancel my order because it was picked up from our warehouse and is in transit which is a lie because as I scroll down the email, it says: “Once the tracking number is available, we will send the tracking information to you which means the order never left the warehouse.” Every time I use a delivery service, I am given a tracking number/information on the spot and the order is on its way for delivery. On 12/13, I received a FedEx tracking number; however, the message continues saying: “We will notify you when your order leaves our warehouse. I am not happy because I am tired of the games that this company plays. I feel like Vessi does not care about the unhappy customers and they cannot handle situations like this instead they send out via emails false narratives thinking it will make the customer happy, unfortunately I am not a happy customer, I want a full refund and would not recommend anyone deal with this company.
Unbelievable! Placed my order 11/25. A week later I get an email saying they can’t deliver to my address. Same situation as another person wrote in their review. I live in a neighborhood where postal, fedex, Amazon and so on deliver daily. Later that same day I received another email saying that fedex can deliver to me and the shoes would be on the way. After a few days I followed up on their chat bot . Later that day I get another email saying they will get back to me. It’s been 17 days since the order was placed and still no tracking # and no reply to the mail saying they’ll get back to me.
My advice is DO NOT do business with these people. I’m sorry that I tried to .

I had an issue with the soles of one of my sneakers peeling off after wearing only 5 times, and I was frustrated because I didn't get a timely response... BUT, Vessi has completely redeemed themselves. Maybe they missed my messages at first, but when saw my initial review, they reached out, provided great customer service, and are sending me replacement even though it was 1 month past my warranty. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. Never received a shipping update. Called, on hold for 50 minutes only to learn they were being shipped from Canada and the postal workers are on strike (not Vessi’s fault). Again, never heard an update from Vessi. After going back and forth i asked that my order be sent fed express. Learned that for some reason they could not FedEx to my zip code. I live in a neighborhood area, not rural as they indicated. So I had to give an alternate address for shipping. I receive packages to my address from FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other shippers. Why Vessi was unable to ship to my address is ridiculous. Anyway, god help me if I need to return these shoes, assuming they arrive someday. Will never consider buying from Vessi again. Just received notice that they can not express my shoes to me😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of shoes at VessiNederlandNL. That appears to be a fake website. My mistake, I should have been more careful in checking up front.
However, I sent this info to Vessi to address this issue. No response. Within two days, I _did_ receive 3 spam emails from Vessi.com for Blackfriday deals though!
1. I think this is a bit painful to rub it in,
2. I _never_ agreed to receive ads from Vessi, I only sent a request to their customer service,
3. No decent reponse whatsoever from Vessi (I am not looking for apologies or solution, just a response that they will do something about the abuse of their brand and good name)
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Vessi’s customer service team (Michael and Jerine) and I couldn't be more impressed! They were incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful when I needed help with my order. They took the time to ensure that my mistake with my order was resolved. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly values its customers. Highly recommend!
Vessi shoes is my family go-to footwear! Not only are they stylish and versatile, but they are also incredibly comfortable and lightweight. I love that they are waterproof, making them perfect for any weather. Whether I’m running errands or going out in the rain or slush, our feet stay dry and happy. The breathable material is a game-changer, and I can't recommend them enough!

The 1 star is because they're comfy. The '100% waterproof' shoe. I went through 3 pairs of Vessi sneakers within ONE year. Absolutely useless shoes, couldn't even handle me walking to work and back on pavement. Waste of money, would not recommend to a single person and I don't know how legally they can say 100% waterproof when 3 PAIRS were all not waterproof within 3 months of purchase

I love my Vessi shoes (Everyday in Black)! They are incredibly comfortable and so easy to slip on and get out in the rain for a long dog walk on soggy grass. SO much better than a stiff rubber boot.

Just like other people, I wasn't able to post an unfavorable review on their website, that's why I'm doing it here.
They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I wore them for 6 months, trying to give them a chance, but they are stiff, even though I bought the wide version. My little toe was always in pain after I took them off. Bad, bad quality.
Overpriced and made in China!
I do not recommend this brand at ALL!!!
