Versare Solutions, LLC. Recenzje

I worked with a sales rep explaining exacty how we intended to use the product to divide desks. Recieved product, asse, bled it and it resulted in wobbly walls between desks, by the time we decided it wasn't going to work it was past the return policy. Waste of money, time and resources. Ended up with much me affordable and better dividers from amazon but still out $3200.00

Easiness of ordering. I also had to communicate with the company, and they were very helpful and patient with my questions (which I always have many!)

Good product. Good information on the web.

The company was great and very responsive before the sell. When the item arrived (it was left on my porch, no signature required), it appeared used, damaged and missing parts. When I contacted them via email I was told that it was the couriers fault and that their return policy states to reject damaged product upon delivery. I explained that I did not have that option. After some back and forth the issue was escalated to a manager who refunded the purchase. I am satisified with the outcome. I will note that the item did seem well made.

Shipped great, easy to take out and assemble. I had 6' walls with frosted glass and I put everything together myself.

The dividers are used in our pool area to keep the neighbors from looking at us. They stand on their deck and stare at us. very odd. The dividers give us privacy and they lasted so far over 6 seasons. Just bought another for more privacy.

Product was disappointing. Not what I had envisioned. However, customer service was understanding and helpful.

It is easy to order and the delivery is on time.

Great experience with Versare! Professional and attentive!

Placing the order was quick and easy. Delivery was as promised and arrived without damage. Product is as described and suits our purpose very well. I would recommend Versare to anyone needing anything in their product line.

Real good experience all around. Some slight shipping damage to divider was only reason for less than 5 stars. But Versare made up with a significant discount off invoice. Our company will definitely use these people again! Thank you!

The partitions look great in our library.

Items were just as advertised. Material is of good quality. Nothing broken nor ripped.

I had a great experience ordering portable and acoustic partition Hush Panels from Versare Solutions for our office. Their online platform made it very easy to configure and order the cubicles to fit our needs. The delivery arrived within the estimated time, everything was well-packaged, and there was no damage at all. Installation was quick and straightforward, which saved us a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend Versare Solutions to anyone looking for a quality product at a good price, with the added bonus of easy setup. Great customer experience!

I experienced both great and not so good customer service. The good news is, you are always dealing with humans and if you are persistent you will get to a very good, customer service-oriented person.
The block wall product is fantastic. It was easy to build and install, very good quality, and attractive. I was surprised at the stability of my 8-foot-high block wall.
Good product, nice people. A pleasure to work with if you understand, sometimes humans make mistakes, give them a chance they will rectify the problem. They did for me.

The cubicles do look awesome. My employees love the privacy and the look! I ordered the wrong cubicle and the folks at Versare were flexible and went out of their way to handle the issue. Holton, their customer representative was a great advocate for me. GH

The room divider was the perfect solution to my situation. Customer service was wonderful! I just placed a second order.

The order process was quick and easy to use, and I spoke with customer service to get my 2 orders combined and they were professional, and very helpful.

This product was exactly as advertised. I was surprised how lightweight it was, which for us was a bonus since we needed something moveable. Shipping was prompt, and fairly inexpensive. Product was easy to assemble once I downloaded the assembly instructions, but they were not included in the packaging.
