I had a housing disrepair claim with veritas solicitors, I had a bad experience from them they dealt the matter in very unprofessional way, they took more than half of my compensation, first they say we are no Win no fee then they ask you to sign a insurance dacoment which would cover their expenses in case you loose and whether you win or loose you have to give that insurance money too on top of their 25% (£500) and insurance money separately which is more than £1000 you need to pay to solicitors , when I complain they handle it in very unprofessional way a lady call me and insist that it was my fault I should read the dacoments carefully although I explain they didn’t outline clearly that I have to pay all this amount and insurance too, I had very na experience , never go for them for your claims you would regret .

It was the werst experience of my life it took two years and all for under 200 pounds I definitely wouldn't recommend it it's corsed me nothing but more stress the solicitors will always end up with more money than you in all one very horrible time

I had a housing disrepair case and…
I had a housing disrepair case and veritas solicitors were representing me.
At the beginning the person who handled my case, was informing every step of my case and he kept me informed and updated. Ibrahim Uzbek I really appreciate him.
The other person who was handling my case was an amateur and she convinced me to settle the case with low sum of compensation.
And my main complaint was about repairing and I had the worst repair job in my flat
So I am not fully satisfied.
Other than that I think veritas is a growing and good law firm.

Why is your legal document issued with no consultation from the solicitor through instagram post? Wasted my time arranging cancellation.
Additionally the layout of your ad is set to look exactly like government website which is incredibly misleading.

It's been a long time sorting my…
It's been a long time sorting my housing disrepairs & I've been passed to a number of different advisors from start to finish.
Also, the 2 amounts the solicitors take for fees, etc, has left me with a minimal actual payout to me. I wish I'd never started my claim now !!

I have been waiting for some time to…
I have been waiting for some time to hear about are claim every time I get to the front of the que I'm left on the phone when I get to the front first in line I'm left there last time I was first in the queue gave up waiting been told we wouldn't be getting much even after 6 years of disrepair. A person in the block opposite had there claim sorted a lot quicker I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam.
