I was directed to this company by Clearcheck, who I thought was the gov.uk website after paying an extraordinary amount for a DBS check. I paid them £15, later to find it was just to verufy my email address and mobile number. I later was asked for scans of my marriage certificate and passport and am now worried about identity fraud. Don't use them.

Allen in customer services was very helpful in sending through a new link to complete my id verification after the original link timed out. Very prompt reply with clear instructions and a follow up to ensure everything had been submitted without any issues.

As someonewho is not naturally good at computers, all this online stuff gets very confusing, and Allen at Verify was patient with my many mistakes and so extremely helpful in his clear instructions and links that I am be happy to recommend him to anyone struggling to navigate the online checks.

Helping Hand Gratefully Received
I couldn't, probably because of my age, complete the verify form. I became stuck when I had to scan my passport with my mobile. I was, kindly, then given an alternative method with more simple uploading of photographed material with a "verifier" present who was able to check the documents and sign as an independent person. This was much easier for me.

Now this man Allen to me was a savior and for the record I’m not being paid and I’m stone sober, I needed my DBS Check double lively so panicked and ended up robbing myself of 101 quid.
Now a quick moan the phone number you as a company is designed for people like me, it’s just a polite way of saying use the internet you knob.
So here comes the good bit, your colleague/employee ‘ALLEN 😇’
Put my faith back into talking to a computer keyboard ⌨️, he was quick to reply, helpful, professional and generally got me out of the shit, my dbs is in the system now being processed and I have Allen to personally thank so thanks again. I’m an electrical testing and commissioning engineer on an oil refinery who’s now a happy customer 👍🏻

I have emailed them several times and I have at all times received a response very quickly. I emailed on a Sunday evening, expecting them to receive it early Monday morning, but I actually got a response that night, which I was not expecting. Superb response from a gentleman called Allan
