Poor quality
Inside pocket lining fell into pieces after about a month of using a bag. There are no other inside pockets in the bag so the bag is unusable as far as I’m concerned. Nowhere I can put the keys etc. Seller couldn’t recommend any repair shops; local repairs said it’s impossible to repair. Waste of £80
Response to seller:
- I have got in touch after two months of purchase and only been using a bag for a month by the time the lining was torn.
- only housekeys, car keys and air pods case were stored in the pocket so no sharp objects at all. If these can cause mechanical damage after a month of using a bag then it indicates the quality of lining is very poor.
- no repair options were suggested
- 30% refund will still make a bag unusable

According to our records, the bag was purchased and used for over five months. After reviewing the details, this type of wear falls under mechanical damage rather than a manufacturing defect, and is therefore not covered by our warranty.
That said, we did our best to assist - we looked into repair options and also offered financial compensation as a gesture of goodwill. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Concernant les anses - selon le modèle, certaines anses sont fabriquées dans un matériau différent du cuir, en raison de leur design, de leur traitement ou de leur fonction spécifique. Le corps du sac reste en cuir véritable italien.

Bene, ma non benissimo :/
Prima impressione molto positiva: ho ricevuto email di conferma spedizione appena 70 minuti dopo aver effettuato l'ordine. Anche i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati, quindi nulla da dire sul servizio.
Purtroppo appena aperto il pacco ho notato che l'aspetto era leggermente diverso rispetto alle foto online. Niente di drammatico, la borsa comunque è bella e robusta, ma comunque una piccola delusione.
Il vero problema è arrivato dopo solo due giorni di utilizzo: si è rotto il gancio di pelle (così si vede che pelle non è!) che tiene il manico a tracolla! Mi chiedo, è possibile che un prodotto del genere duri così poco??

Può capitare, seppur raramente, e proprio per questo offriamo una garanzia completa di 24 mesi su tutti i nostri prodotti.
Desideriamo risolvere la situazione sostituendo la borsa gratuitamente, senza alcun costo a Suo carico - spedizione e ritiro inclusi. Purtroppo, tramite Trustpilot non abbiamo modo di identificare il Suo ordine, pertanto Le chiediamo gentilmente di contattarci all'indirizzo shop@vera-borse.it indicando il numero d'ordine, così potremo procedere immediatamente con la sostituzione.
Per quanto riguarda le piccole differenze rispetto alle foto, trattandosi di pelle naturale lavorata a mano, lievi variazioni di tonalità o texture sono normali e rendono ogni borsa unica. Saremo comunque felici di approfondire questo aspetto insieme a Lei.
