Order not received and ghost site
I ordered on 25th november. At today no notice about. I tried to write them, but no one answer. Reading on this site I can see that is normal procedure. From their link to traking seems that we have receivedd a note with instructions to pick up, but false. Their automatic chat is useful, give ever the same stupid answer. For further buyer stay away from them.

Not received due to incorrect customs documentation
Customs sent it back to them because of “insufficient, incomplete or incorrect documentation” which after checking into it means they didn’t do customs documentation correctly. Can’t review the socks as I haven’t received them. Customer service just told me I had to wait for it to be sent back to them and that “Once we receive it back we can resend for you, until then we won't know what the issue is.” When I queried how long it would take, I was told “I'm afraid we just have to wait for it to be returned, usually within a week?” And then they sent me an email for a review of their customer service.

Delivery company did not deliver
I ordered a pair of socks on the 11th December, unfortunately the delivery company did not deliver! No updates! however, I emailed Venture and Jo could not have been more helpful! End result - I got my socks in time for Christmas! Excellent customer service!

Thought I'd order some as a gift as i have 2 pairs (gifted) and excellent quality - ordered 22/11/24 - still waiting!!!! lots of emails sayiung they are on their way though!
also when i asked about the 4th pair free - the response was 'your order is in transit theres nothing we can do' i pointed they could send the pair. The response was 'we can do that if you pay the postage'
obviously a company that cares nothing for its customers or providing anything that may resemble customer service

Hi Andy. We have checked your order and your cart only contained 3 items, so the free pair offer wouldn't have triggered. It does state that you would need to add 4 to your basket and 1 would become free.
Your order was placed at 18:05 on the Friday night so unfortunately the first chance we had to dispatch it was on the Monday (which we did). I can see your parcel is at your local depot so should be with you very very shortly.
We value all of our customers but feel this is quite unfair as these issues were actually caused by no fault of ours
Amazing Design & Quality
Amazing designs and quality! I live in Northern Australia and train crossfit in a very hot, humid and sweaty environment. These sexy socks not only looked amazing, but also kept my feet dry the whole workout to reduce chances of blisters. 11/10. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Ordered on 4/11/24 and order delivered 13/11/24 via Evri. I had assumed delivery would take 2-3 days as stated when placing original order. I'd ordered 8 pairs of socks and have only received 2 which is odd. No email explaining stock issues/delay etc and I cannot find a phone number to call only able to fill out online form and wait 48 hours for response which is not entirely helpful as birthday gift which at the weekend. Wish I'd read reviews before.

Hi Faye, We can see from our warehousing monitors that all 8 pairs were packed in your order. Did the bag arrive in a sealed condition? If so this may have been why Evri had delayed delivery.
Also the email says it can take "up to" 48 hours for a response, but our customer service team are currently replying within 4 hours. It looks like you left us a review within just 90 minutes of your parcel being delivered :(

I ordered the coffee mug, my first order didn’t arrive, but Jo in customer services was really helpful and got this resolved for me, and had a second one sent out to me. It’s just arrived and it’s great, looking forward to gifting it at Christmas. Thank you!
