this company is a bad joke. they had promised delivery of a hot tub a week ago and failed, their couriers didnt even bother to get in touch in advance and explain. I had booked an electrician to be on site to install the hot tub whom I had to pay anyway.
Zero compensation offered for this but I got an email swearing that a customer services rep would personally oversee the rescheduled delivery and provide an avenue for 'immediate escalation' to ensure the delivery went without a problem. No communication from their couriers the night before again, had to wait till the morning before they got in touch. they then showed up with the order incomplete. they delivered, bits of a hot tub. I had made it plain to these clowns that if they failed again with the delivery of such an expensive item that I would immediately cancel which I have done. keeping in the spirit of screwing over people who try to be customers, they are now keeping my money and refusing to refund until they have collected the partial order. so they're effectively taking and keeping my money from me as they are too incompetent to do their jobs. all it takes now is one of theses idiots to deliberately waste time booking the collection and they get to drag this out even longer and waste even more of my time , money and effort. like I say, please be aware of this before you use this sham, excuse for a shop, they are utterly useless, extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!

Here’s what happened: As confirmed, the items weren’t shipped to the service provider PalletXpress in time for your Thursday delivery. The error occurred because our internal notification system failed to inform you before the scheduled date—you should have received advance notice that the delivery would not take place, and that did not happen. This is unacceptable, especially since you made sure people were on-site for the installation.
I see that you have rescheduled the delivery yourself for this Thursday, July 9. I am urgently escalating your case to our logistics team to obtain firm assurances from the service provider that this delivery will take place without any issues. A manager will contact you directly within 24 hours to confirm the arrangements and discuss how we can rectify this beyond the compensation already provided.
If, for any reason, there is a problem with Thursday’s delivery, you will have a direct escalation channel to ensure an immediate resolution. We take your concern seriously and are committed to ensuring that this delivery is made as promised.

I now feel I really have to warn other people who may use this site - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY LIE, THEY MESS THINGS UP AND IT COULD END UP COSTING YOU MONEY DIRECTLY WHILE YOU DEALL WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE
