Very good service. Helpful and friendly. The mask is beautiful. It looks exactly like the one in the movie eyes wide shut. However I did not understand that the mask would be so small. It definitely does not suit an adult man but it suited my child who is 4 years old. It can be hung as an decoration on the wall.

I placed an order early last week, not certain when my 3 items could be delivered. To my delight and surprise, two were received in CT in a few days . When the third item did not arrive with the other two, I emailed veniceoriginal, and received an immediate reponse advising that this item was held up for by the Italian customs office for two days. So, all three items were instantly shipped and received within a week of entering the order - really exceptional service.

I purchased beautiful blank notebooks. They will inspire my creativity. The package was shipped to US and arrived at my door in less than a week.

The crush of tourists hasn't completely eliminated the tradition of artisans in Venice, but they can be hard to find. "Venice Original" is a wonderful connector between these artisans and customers. I bought a wooden model gondola that is lovely.
