It is only now that I am reading the reviews and I feel the same as so many of those people. I had ordered some dresses but still nothing. No update no answering the emails nothing. 😒 I feel really bad and I don't know how to cancel and get my money back. It is the first time I have been scammed this way and I feel really bad. I hope everyone should read reviews before bying again.

Beware buyr and stay away from this company

I have ordered two suits from them, they arrived very very late and they were very poor and cheap so i asked to return them
First William the director asked me to keep the items and give me 20% refund, when i said no, he offered to keep the items and receive 30% refund still said no
So he sent me the instructions to return the items to china, he told me i have to declare the clothes are less than $10 so no customs would be paid on them,
I sent the items to china back and they were received there and still ko refund
I keep sending emails but no answer
I have the director full name and address and will be filling law suit against him and also against the company

I ordered a suit from Veloura London towards the end of April and had to struggle to get order number after the debited my account £49 mins you the item was on offer from £100 and after waiting 2 weeks for tracking details that’s when I learnt their warehouse is in china then may 24 item arrived it was very small and made with very cheap quality materials then same day I contacted them for a return and was given impossible options to return as apparently I was to pay for shipping to china if i return instead they offered me to order another item and pay incur shipping costs i agreed but to my frustration even today i have not been able to order as it’s not clear o how I should do that on the app without paying and been sending emails for the whole month without proper response can someone help me had I been to this page before I would not have ordered from them . I’m very disappointed and frustrated right now

THEY CHARGED ME£45 for a supposedly trench coat and sent a piece of crap which I binned strait away! All my money gone as they were neither accepting returns nor refunding

One star is way too high - I would mark a minus 1* if it was an option!
It took absolutely weeks to arrive, to which I had missed my event and wanted to cancel my order.
After 3 weeks, tracking my order and it still showing it was stuck in China for days, I sent an email asking to cancel my order and get a refund.
I was told that wasn’t possible, even though it was stuck in China for so long!
When I eventually received my order I was absolutely disgusted at how the product was nothing like the picture shown.
It was a completely different colour, the material was cheap and see through and the whole outfit was nothing like it was shown in the picture!
When I asked to return it I then got told that I would have to send it back to China and spend £19 of my own money!
I am still in the process of waiting for a reply email from the company!
This company is an absolute SCAM - never order from them as your outfit will not be what you had ordered and you will have to pay a fortune to return!
Absolute SCAM!!! I only wish I could send pictures in here to show you what I got instead!

I emailed to chase up my delivery that was supposed to come within 2 weeks. It didn’t arrive until week 5! By which time I had missed my event. I emailed for a refund and to return the parcel and was told I would have to return it to china. When I asked for the return address and instructions I didn’t even get a reply. Very very disappointed. Would not buy from them again.

Scammers, no refund

Against my own advice I ordered a jumper. The quality is awful cheap and nasty.
I have e mailed as they suggested to return the jumper a few times. Never had a reply.
Don't order from Veloura there is no customer services. I feel so cross with myself I ignored my better judgement. I should have read this site first. Any comments on face book get take down.

Made an order, then cancelled it 10mins later. They say you have 4 hours to cancel. They still went ahead with it. Then on arrival told me I would have to pay £20 to return their product to China. Or be refunded 20percent . Their product is cheap and nasty.

I can see why Tic Toc no longer supports this inept,unscrupulous, and fraudulent company. I ordered mid Nov.2023 & now Feb 2024 & still haven't received my order. Sent numerous emails & GETTING rote replies that are nonsense. Am thoroughly disgusted with the whole thing. Will keep putting them on every social platform. Stay far away from this sad excuse for a company!

WELL. My dumbass didn't check the reviews. I was just hopeful to get my crusty grey beard dark again. I to order and 2 months later. Zero! I mailed them numerous times an got same answer " rest assured, it's on it way. Yeah, I'm gonna rest my foot right up they're bungholes if I get chance.
I feel stupid and Yes I am.

Ordered soap from this company 1 solid month ago and I still have not received my product. Now that I see other reviews, I understand why. This is a fraudulent company and I am going to report it to the BBB. THIS IS A Pi.. POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. BEWARE!!!!

I placed a order on November 25th after a month of tracking my order I called my credit card company and filed a complaint, seems like the order was shipped in a circle and the last time I looked it had been sent back to the shipper again. Then got a email demanding that I drop my charge back on them. No and I’ll never order anything from you again

Month and a half no product, no return calls or emails. Pretty upset about the product not being delivered and the support TikTok gave this product.

Swimsuit is absolute garbage. See-through, way off on sizing, belongs in the Dollar Store. Company doesn't respond.
