The first one I ordered on the 11 th dec 24 didn’t arrive till 28 th dec was miles to small there was no address to return to at the same time I ordered a 2nd one on the 17th dec 24
That hasn’t arrived and again I can’t get information from them it’s not updated on the system
My opinion don’t buy from this company

Said it had been delivered. It has not. No reply to many emails. Avoid them. They are crooks.

I would give them a 0 if I could. It has been three weeks and I don’t have my product or a response. I want a refund. I don’t have anything to return so it should be easy for them to refund my money. Stay clear of this company.

Does not work .. worst yet the company will not refund your money even though they say a safe moneyback guarantee they will run you through hoops. They’re doing it to me now and I’m going to dispute everything through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

As everyone else says, total charlatans. I’ve been trying to get hold of a contact number and/or address for a week now! If and when I do, I’ll be posting it on here for your information. If anyone else has managed to locate them, please share. The more hassle they get, the better.

Terrible company false advertising! Stay away from them

Total scammers. Do not buy from them. They pretend to be from China and then won't return your money to you.
Please see below email I was sent when tried to return cloths.

1. Return the items to China, and upon receipt, we'll refund the full purchase amount.

I'm happy with the product and the deal I got from the company. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

One of the best fashion store i would say bought multiple items one item got smaller in size but the customer support exchange the item in few pennies. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to everyone to buy .

I guess the joke is on me for believing that I will receive the quality shown on the website. Bad quality and the waiting time for delivery is not even worth it!!

Possible the worst quality item I've ever purchased online. I'd laugh if I hadn't spent €50.

I ordered 2 jumpers then they offered me another one at a reduced price I waited 2 wks for them to arrive they were awful poor quality nothing like the pictures on line I returned them 5 days later requesting my money back£86 I haven't heard anything from them.
I reported them to trading standards who advised me to contact my bank about getting my money back from their bank,I gave them the details then they (my bank) needed more details I gave up.
Why are these companies allowed to operate.
And in my opinion trading standards here in Northern ireland are useless.

Should have read the reviews!! Shocking quality and service!! You have to pay to send back to China! They aren’t a London based business.

This excuse for a scamming foreign scum , that have ripped me off . They trade via two names the other is fashionista London , they are crooks ,turning out rubbish clothing and wrong sizes , they make it sound d so easy to return ,when in fact there is no way to return they have email address that they don't reply too.stay clear , they should be taken to court for fraud.

Zero star. Delivered to a ‘car park’ nowhere near my address. A week later no response on resolution for redelivery or refund. Please don’t use this site (Veloura London) or any affiliate site.

Very disappointed. I ordered a dress and it was poor quality, literally coming apart at the seams and not the length in the picture. Requested a refund and got an offer for 20% refund that I declined and now haven’t heard from them since. Luckily I thought to buy on my credit card as I’d never used or heard of this site before so I can dispute and have all their emails for proof. Buyer beware!
