Excellent service.

Although vehicle spares were not able to source the part i needed they have had outstanding customer service. They have given me so much advice on what i need to do going forward and even went to the extent of finding the exact part i need from the original dealership. If you are ever in doubt about parts or even just looking for some advice i would 100% recommend vehicle spares!

I was sent the wrong bonnet, but the company handled everything really well. They offered solutions, accepted the return, and still refunded me even though the item arrived back damaged. Replies were a bit slow at times, but they took responsibility and sorted everything fairly. Overall, very professional and easy to deal with.

Gave them my registration and some images of the front bumper i required and they sent the wrong bumper, the cost to return the bumper was £300 on a £220 bumper, they would not cover the return fee.

Update: since leaving the update they got in touch via WhatsApp and sorted - really helpful once we'd managed to get hold of them, once sorted over the phone it was delivered really quickly and really well packaged

I've ordered a bumper for my van, over two weeks ago, no update have tried ringing and never an answer, email and their WhatsApp number and absolutely nothing back!

The person I communicated with ensured that they understood my requirement and checked that they were valid. The item was well packaged and received quickly and undamaged. Thank you

Ordered a rear bumper for a ford focus, straight after the order I noticed a light difference between the part I ordered and the part i needed. Kindly asked them to cancel the order and advise the correct part. No answer received by email eighter by WhatsApp.
next week the part arrived and now I cant reach them to get return address. Filled the return request form out twice already, nobody contacted me.

Amazing care of customers , I had really emergency situation and company did delivered my parcel in really short time. Quick respond for all my email. I would highly recommend this company and definitely will be back.

My part turned up and it was incomplete (vehicle-spares.com confirmed this via WhatsApp when I sent a picture). I then had to chase twice for the return to be authorised, I was then told to cover the cost of sending the part back myself (they should have covered this under distance selling rules as it was faulty). Royal Mail confirmed my return had been delivered, but I received no refund. After waiting almost 2 weeks, chasing twice and getting radio silence, I had to contact my credit card company to get them issue a refund instead.

In the end I contacted this company no less than 5 times about my faulty part, and ultimately I had to rely on American Express to resolve it for me. Really poor service, and I am out of pocket as a result. Avoid.

I didn’t expect anything special when ordering my bumper, but I was really impressed with the service. The ordering process was seamless, and I loved that my order was checked against my car registration as it gave me peace of mind that I was getting the right part.

Customer service was outstanding. I sent a WhatsApp message in the evening for a tracking update and got an immediate reply. Later, when I called for more delivery info, an employee went to find out more details and called me back within 10 minutes which I really appreciated.
