Ti fanno credere che per usufruire del loro servizio è sufficiente pagare 1€, ma in realtà ti attivano un abbonamento di 29 euro mensili! Quando glielo segnali non vogliono restituirti i soldi. Sarò costretto a rivolgermi all'avvocato per il rimborso e segnalare il tutto alla polizia postale.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I agreed to pay $1 for an image and suddenly, I am automatically subscribed and charged a couple of days later $30! NO TRANSPARENCY.

I had exactly the same experience. They made you think you ill be chared £1 and then I was shocked to se on my credit card a £26 charge.

After speaking to my bank they said that Vecticon roll out a new subscription monthly on your account this is why it won't show on your banking monthly subscription.

You have to block it via your banking app
Complete scam avoid at all costs.

Like so many other people who have written reviews, I thought I was paying £1.00 for one photo enhancement. Was shocked to see they then took £26.00 from my account.
I emailed them to complain, twice. They replied each time telling me I'd agreed to the subscription. I persisted and emailed them a third time and attached a selection of poor reviews from Trustpilot highlighting I was not alone in being dissatisfied. Good news, they refunded me £26.00!
I advise you not to use them but if you have and they took £26.00 from your account unexpectedly then be persistent and hopefully you too will get a refund.

The trial period is two days for $1, with unlimited downloads and usage. After I used the account, I canceled it, and they charged me $30.00.
I contacted them and they stated they couldn't refund me, but my account was canceled.

No recomendaria esta web a nadie. Dicen 24h gratuito de prueba y no me enviaron el mail con usuario y contraseña, cuando me he dado ceunta ya me habian facturado 3 meses a 29€. Les solicito que me hagan la devolucion porque no pude darme de baja y no lo han hecho. Cobran y no hay factura, me parece un abuso....

Fraud company. They tell you it's £1 for the picture. Once you enter details. They then take £26 out of your account a few days later. Claiming you agreed to a subscription. Which is a blatant lie. Say bye bye to your money. You won't be able to get it back. Keep well away from this company

Truffa. Anche a me hanno rubato 29€, più un altro nel momento in cui ho cancellato l’account!!!

Achtung Betrug ! Es wird angegeben dass ein Erstellen einer Vektor Datei 1 € kostet. Willigt man ein , werden 2 Tage später 30€ vom Konto ohne Einwilligung abgebucht. Finger weg !

We are a Special Needs School. Some of our kids are a little shaky when using a camera. The Vecticon platform has shown real improvements for the children in terms of their work as we can now clean up images to give a better reflection of what they are trying to achieve. This is nothing short of a cool platofrm.

Leider wurde ich von Vecticon enttäuscht. Das eigentliche Produkt ist wirklich gut – die Umwandlung von Bildern in Vektorgrafiken funktioniert einwandfrei. ABER: Die Preisgestaltung und das Abo-Modell sind eine Abzocke! Für einen einfachen Test von 1 € wird man unbemerkt in ein Abo über 29 € gedrängt. Das wird nur sehr versteckt erwähnt, sodass man leicht in diese Falle tappt.

Auf meinen höflichen Kontaktversuch und die Bitte um Rückerstattung wurde ich mit einer Standardantwort abgespeist. Offenbar wird hier lieber auf kurzfristige Gewinne als auf langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit gesetzt. Schade, so verliert man Kunden!

Ich kann den Service leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
