Worst visa experience in their Lisbon office. It s a scam.Promised a visa , got out the office with the my passport. Got back after two hours .Payed a high amount to a Saudi visa. Visa was denied due to their bad guidance. After all money has not been refunded.Still waiting.

This company is a scam. They fool you with a cheaper option, but make you pay the "VIP" cost, which is stupidly expensive, by threatening not to accept your paperwork if you don't. I don't recommend anyone deal with these unprofessional people if you have any other option.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was honestly exhausting and disappointing.

First of all, the official Saudi visa website has serious issues — the payment page keeps freezing and never completes the transaction. I tried several times with no success, and there’s absolutely no help or technical support available.

Then comes the lack of information. There are no clear or official details anywhere about what documents are required for a visa. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find a single reliable source. Because of that, I had to travel almost 400 km from my city to the TASHEER center in Oran, only to find out that even the location on the official map is wrong!

After all that, I only learned about the real list of required documents from a staff member at the center — not from the website. I found out that my Self-Employed Contractor Card must be attested in Algiers by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, something that was never mentioned online.

Because of this confusion and misinformation, I couldn’t complete my visa application. Now I have to wait another week, book again, and travel the same long distance once more. It’s both tiring and expensive, and could have been easily avoided with better communication and accurate information.

Honestly, this process feels very disorganized and frustrating. I hope the embassy or TASHEER management will fix the website, publish clear instructions, and correct the map location, so that people don’t go through the same trouble.

Aweful, uncontactable. They have a fake mobile number on Google which does not work. They do not contact you when your passport arrives, you'll have to sit and wait for days. Dont go fpr the Lounge service, it is just 2 dirty chairs for you to wait to be seen. The Saudi consulate got rid of other agencies previously, Tasheer's turn will come.

Omar at the KSA Visa processing center in Bern was very helpful and dilligent.

the appointment system is so frustrating, it says appointments are available but doesn't show any available. tried different ways but no luck. on top of that they don't have a contact no.

I would have given zero stars if that were an option. I visited Tasheer for my Saudi tourist visa application on Friday, only to be informed on the day that new restrictions had been implemented affecting certain nationalities, including Iranian citizens. The staff were unsure about the specifics of these restrictions but still advised me to proceed with the application, assuring me that a refund would be provided if the visa was ultimately rejected due to these new rules.

Based on their guidance, I went ahead with the application. Not only was my visa rejected, but I was also denied a refund—despite the fact that the rejection stemmed from information Tasheer failed to communicate in a timely and accurate manner.

Additionally, applicants are charged for every printed page, optional extras like insurance, and yet there is no working contact number to speak to someone directly. This lack of transparency and absence of proper customer support is unacceptable.

I will be pursuing legal action, as the service provided was both inconsistent and misleading. Tasheer's failure to communicate up-to-date visa requirements has cost applicants not just time, but also money—and that is unacceptable for a service that claims to facilitate international travel

Thanks to Eiman, my preparation for the visa process went smoothly and was quicker than I expected. She assisted me with all the necessary paperwork and helped me get organised.

I also had an excellent experience with my visa process at the Vc Tasheer center, largely because of Eilaf. She was extremely polite and friendly, which made the entire process surprisingly enjoyable. The quality of her service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and warmth she brought to every step.

the application is always error.

when you already completed the form and paid for the application, suddenly your application disappears. When you try to log in, the verification code is not sent or sent very late when the time is already expired. When you try to enter the captcha, there is always an error all the time. Very disappointing!

i can't change the date of my appointment as their website hangs alot despite using different browsers and different internet connections

I recently went through a series of issues related to transit visa. They have undertook the transit visa process from embassy but the transfer is incomplete and unclear. It is nowhere mentioned in the ksavisa.sa website (the portal where you usually apply), neither communicated to any new applicants.
If you want to take an appointment for in Tasheer, you will see all visa options except Transit visa, this adds extra to your total chaos.

Very bad company. Amani the manager there she is very bad and doesn't take responsibility for issuing wrong applications rather she blackmails to take your money. God deal with her and they robbed 1300 from me. There are much better saudi visa agents than these. Avoid. Check out their Google reviews. Its diabolical.
