Nic, Simon and the team are amazing. For 11 yrs now I have had all my underwear, swim wear, support wear and Prescription items from Vaniila Blush the quality is fabulous the staff and service beyond what you can award. The in store service is exceptional. Tailored to your specific needs. Nicola has vast experience of the requirements of the clients. The online services are superb. I had difficulty at first but, a call to the office (and help was swiftly given) and I was able to use the online service easily. Design of hernia panty girdle changed for the worse (and not reflected on web page) - but I loved the old one :-(
I have loved Vanilla Blush for years and have many knickers of different types from the brand - fancy lacy ones in beautiful colours, regular cotton knickers for everyday use, and hernia panty girdles for when I go running or hiking. This time I was very dissapointed to find out that the design of the panty girdle has been changed. I already have two of them from a few years back and love them. But the ones I got now have a much higher waist, yet that is not reflected on the web page. On the web page the girdle looks like the ones I already have, but the ones I got are much higher. So much so that they roll down and do not stay in place and therefore are not nearly as comfortable as the ones I had and wanted more of. And there was no way to know as the pictures on the web page are of the old model. This is bad for two reasons: I got something different from what I ordered, and I can't get the great panties I actually liked any longer.

Hi Julie. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to see, you've had an issue with the, Girdles. The girdle strength composition has temporarily changed to 17% Elastane, making it stronger. The shape of the product hasn't changed, its the same before. With the extra strength it may sit differently on you compared to the one with less Elastane. I have taken note of your feedback and will reflect this on the description. We will exchange any items that have not been washed or worn once returned back to us here. I will gladly replace a pair for you at no cost to the NHS or you, once the new supply ( original) comes in, end of June. It is very important to us we meet your needs and are confident we can restore your faith in our brand. Team VB
