Returns take way too long…

Returns take way too long…
(I have taken the wording directly from an email sent to me on 5 March entitled ‘An update on your order’

‘It will take up to 14 business days to complete the quality control’

Really? Do they have forensic scientists checking the returns?! Two weeks to accept and identify a virtually unopened/unwrapped order and so completely pristine. Would take a few minutes to identify. Think this is a cynical way of delaying refunds. Ridiculous.

Searching the internet for a baseball…

Searching the internet for a baseball cap in a specific shade and found what I was looking for on their site.
Item arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged, including a personalised welcome note, with an additional discount - excellent customer service…
Really well curated collection of everyday essentials in beautiful neutral shades - I will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend..

I returned an item on 12th January 2026…

I returned an item on 12th January 2026 and it is now 4th March 2026 and I am still waiting for my £114 refund
I have been in contact with the customer service manager multiple times who says there is an issues with the 'charge back' with the bank
I have spoken with my bank twice and there is no issue, they say we should be issued a full refund
the only response I have had is that they can't chase it, and we just have to wait
I've asked to make a formal compliant but no reply

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We completely understand how concerning it is to be waiting for a refund for this length of time. In this case, the delay is related to a chargeback that was opened with the bank. When a chargeback is active, it temporarily prevents us from issuing a refund directly through our payment system until the bank formally closes the case.
 
We will continue monitoring the case closely and will update you as soon as we receive confirmation that the chargeback has been closed so that the refund can be issued straight away.
 
The customer service member you were speaking with will be following up with you and would be happy to assist you if you have any further questions.

Dont use DPD

DPD lied and said I wasnt in so my parcel was delivered to a shop 20 minutes away from where I live. I wont order again in case this happens. Terrible experience.
