I ordered the item and wanted delivery at my work place and the parcel was left at the entrance to the building ! Which could have been taken by anyone. Thankfully I found it

Very efficient service and delivery was as expected but items were poorly packaged, creased and not to the standard I would expect. The garments are badly creased and not presentable as a birthday present

Using DPD as your delivery service is a big mistake. Whilst none of the usual delivery services are perfect, this experience was dreadful and stressful. My parcel from Varley was supposed to have been delivered by DPD on Saturday 14th February and after several days waiting for the delivery at the time stated by DPD, having been in sight of the gate through which the driver would have come and receiving messages saying a delivery had been attempted (it had not) and a picture of an attempted delivery to the wrong house, I finally changed the delivery and asked for it to be dropped off at my nearest pick-up point. Again I was told a day it would be there (it was not) and finally today, it was there and I was able to pick it up. Truly appalling service. Please change your delivery company - I am very pleased with the Varley clothes now I have finally received them but I am loathe to order more as this experience was awful and stressful.

Love my new Hawley top. I'm a true 10 and bought a S; it fits perfectly with a nice amount of slouch. It's beautifully soft and I feel very put together wearing this, oven though I wanted it primarily for wearing to the gym. Now want it in navy! Shadow marl is a gorgeous green and is very complimentary to 'autumn' colouring.

Parcel delivered efficiently within good time

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Varley’s customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong pair of sweatpants and used their message service to get in touch — I was connected to a real person straight away. A lovely lady called Lois helped me cancel the order immediately and even checked to see if the sweatpants I actually wanted were in stock (sadly they weren’t at the time).
I’d used a teacher discount code on my first order, and when I tried to use it again for the correct item, the website told me I’d reached my usage limit — shows how often I shop at Varley! Lois kindly sorted this out for me too. Her help was so kind and efficient.
Varley not only make fantastic clothing, but their customer service is second to none. Five stars from me!

Super soft and gorgeous- I have in 3 colours!

Love the jumper, looks nice, feels so soft and sent out really quickly! Only downfall is I want more in different colours!!!

Ordered a beautiful Sherpa gilet from Varley. It came beautifully packaged and also arrived very promptly. There was also a little card with your name on which gave it a little personal touch.

Great website and good, clear details of the product. It's UK based.
Varley also sell a small selection in Anthropologie in Edinburgh so I was able to try on in the store.

Difficult sometimes when you choose a top and bottoms not in stock would be helpful if they were sold on same age and sizes available
