Outstanding customer service from Olivia!
Outstanding customer service from Olivia. I had to return 4 packs of UB Mini S3 coils I purchased in May as they did not fit in my Ursa Empty Cartridges or connect with my device. Olivia sent me a free return label and as soon as I provided proof of postage she had some more sent out. These also did not work (I found out by digging on the internet that Lost Vape had changed the coil design making them incompatible with my device yet continued to advertise them as UB Mini Coils) I told Olivia who'd remained polite throughout all communications of my findings and she straight away resolved the issue by way of a refund. Top service!
