Through no fault of Vapouriz they were…
Through no fault of Vapouriz they were let down by the delivery of my liquids. The order was showing as out for delivery. This changed to "A problem with your order". This was about 9 days after I'd purchased them. Vapouriz has never let me down. I chose to contact customer service and within a day they had made my order again, free of charge and I received the parcel next day with Royal Mail. I am so impressed with the speed of rectifying my problem. Thank you.
