I ordered a vape kit for a friend's birthday quite late on a Sunday evening. On Monday afternoon I received a phonecall from the guy who was so apologetic that he didn't have the model I ordered in stock. She was going to the wholesalers in person to find the correct items. Because of this my delivery would be delayed. Everything turns up correctly by Wednesday. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I feel his response was professional and his communication was great.

This is one of the best companies ever. I’ve ordered off others and nothing compares to their service. Never really had an issue and if I did it was resolved the same day. Honestly if you want proper service and quality this is the company you go for I’ve never ordered of any one since and I’ve passed them round the work place.

Gave me a 600 puff vape for free and a discount code
I had ordered two vapes off the company and through the fault of the delivery company one never arrived. The one that did was brilliant, had a great flavour and lasted me a week and I'm a heavy smoker. Even though I waited two months to complain that my second never arrived ( I had forgotten and was about to order another) he shipped out the one I never got with my order along with a 600 puff freebie. He answered my messages instantly and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will be using again

Worst customer service I've dealt with (if you can call it that) in years. Try to pose an issue and ask a question, get a poorly written, snarky, one line response that amounts to "your fault lol".

Very disappointed, no contact from the seller
I ordered a triple flavor death by chocolate and my wife ordered a triple flavored menthol. We received them and they both had almost no flavor. Why did I pay for triple flavor?!?
It was a complete waste of money.
I emailed them immediately and it has now been nine days since I sent that email. I can see on their website that the email has not even been opened, yet. (You really shouldn't let us see that if you're going to ghost the customer)
Sure, it got to us fast and the shipping was affordable. But, the product was not what I ordered. Frankly, it was garbage. And I've had no contact back from the company.
Some other reviews for the same product said that it was so strong that they had to cut it with another e-juice. I've had the exact opposite experience. If I don't cut it with something that has actual flavor then I barely get a taste of cocoa.
Is there something else in there killing me besides chocolate? What did I pay for?

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Insane customer service. They sent me PG juice labeled VG, then when I contacted customer service to see if they could fix the situation, they closed my account and banned me... It was truly unbelievable. So beware, they are truly truly awful
