Well I hope this flavoring is worth it…

Well I hope this flavoring is worth it because I placed an order on 9/11 , they just sent it today 9/22 only after I emailed them wondering what's going on with my order, it can still take 2/7 days to receive it any good company would of sent it express mail for taking so long to ship it but not them so first , last time I will ever order from this company

From start to finish, these guys are amazing! They were quick to respond to my questions, and got my perfect juice to me in a different state in less than a week. I had shied away from online vape stores for years, but they completely restored my faith, gaining a loyal customer by being prompt and professional. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Terrible company...made an order 12th…

Terrible company...made an order 12th Sept and still waiting. It's now 5th Nov. They do not reply to your emails and don't think they have any intention of resolving the issue. They are a scam company that takes your money with nothing in return. Look at previous reviews They all say the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered about 4 days ago from this…

I ordered about 4 days ago from this website and it displays clearly next day delivery however when I try to track it shows “order placed”.I thought by this time it would have been dispatched and had info about the time scale it would arrive however I’ve had nothing at all! I have emailed them however have received nothing back yet. I’ve had to buy the same product from a different website hoping I have better luck.

still waiting for item

Flavorless, Nicotine-free .... good stuff!

Have ordered flavorless nicotine free juice from VaporVapes for years and have never been disappointed other than once instance where a bottle leaked a bit.

Customer service horrible

Ordered vape juice March 20, 2024. USPS tracking has it stuck somewhere since March 29, 2024. It’s now April 14 (25 days since ordering). Vapor Vapes has responded to my emails but said they will not consider refund saying it’s not considered late until at least 30 days.

Update: After reading your response, I wanted to give update as the USPS website and also my local post office say 14 days, not 30. The tracking number doesn’t even show up anymore in my upcoming deliveries. That stopped after 14 days.

Got a bottle leaking in the mail and I wrote customer service, he said that's normal and it's only a few drops, when the entire package has liquid in it. Never order here

I mistakenly made the wrong order and vapour vapes cancelled and refunded me the same day without any trouble. I hope to use this company in the near future as customer service is clearly important to them.

Parcel got stolen but very helpful customer service

Super helpful customer service, first parcel was delivered but it was stolen because the delivery guy left the parcel at the lobby, I contacted the team via live chat on their website and a few emails follow up they sent me a new vape the next day. A very helpful and reliable company highly recommended.

MY NEW GO TO PLACE

i was real worried and scared about ordering from here after reading reviews. I did it and im so happy i did . I am totally pleased with my e-juice. I asked for watermelon and wanted it to smell and taste like it and i am so amazed that that is exactly what i received. I will order from them from now on. Thanks Vapor Vapes!!

Clearomizer replacement

Shocked and disappointed! I purchased a device 3 July 2023 which lasted one day. Refilled as instructed in manual juice then bubbles through reservoir into mouth piece. I then had to purchase a new mouth piece from a store closer from where I purchased device. Again tried second refill and the same thing happened. Store does not want to refund me. What am I supposed to do?Salesman advised this would be the best way to save money due to the amount of refills which is 10-13 yet each clearomizer I bought over 2 days didn't even last for second refill. I don't want money or compensation. Just replace my device,please. Remodel your clearomizer.

Broken vape and ghosted is after returning vape!

My partner ordered himself and i a vape, came quickly but mine unfortunately broke a day later and was no longer working. We let the seller know and they asked us to send the vape back to them to make sure it’s broken and check for faults, already felt distrusted as a customer but sent it back, it got delivered back to them quite quickly and now they seem to have completely ghosted us! My partner keeps messaging/emailing asking about our replacement and we are yet to receive any reply or update on what’s happening. It would be nice if the seller could get back to us and update us on what’s happening and when a replacement will be arriving but I'm starting to feel that’s unlikely and money down the drain, if this matter is not sorted myself and my partner will never be ordering from this seller again. There is many more reputable sellers out there who care for their customers! I think the customer service is absolutely terrible.

I ordered flavorless ejuice and menthol concentrate,however,after mixing them together,the juice had some kind of minty taste.Not at all what I wanted.I like pure menthol in my juice like you get with Freedom Smoke USA glacier flavor.If you are looking for pure menthol,I suggest trying another company's concentrate,unless you like the minty taste.I also had to add a lot of the concentrate to a 30ml bottle just to get the kind of menthol taste I was looking for.
