Alex and Kyle were lovely
Alex and Kyle were lovely and professional, we showed them the carpet throughout the house and less than 2 h they called to say the cleaning was done. The house smelled amazing as we entered and all the carpet was clean and fresh. They managed to get a few small stains out, which I really appreciate as this was an end of tenancy clean. Don’t waste your money
I believe if you employ a specialist company to clean your oven hob & extractor you don’t expect once finished to ask them to re-clean areas they have missed, not cleaned or cleaned insufficiency. Although the operatives didn’t argue with me, I signed the work off as satisfactory just to see them go.
After they left I still found loose residue which I wiped off myself.
If I were the boss of this company, I would remind these two operatives that they are not employed to do as little as they can get away with.

This company seem to be very efficient and professional. I have used them twice now to clean my oven and both times they did an excellent job and even did a few extra bits which I really appreciated.

Very UNimpressive oven cleaning standards
Because I'd previously used a competitor, I felt confident to try another similar company due to availability AND the assurance that the materials used were ecologically sound. Unfortunately, I now realise I should have dedicated more time to overseeing the work being carried out and made sure to do a very thorough check within the 72 hours given in Vapor Clean's Ts&Cs. Sadly I did not.
Nevertheless, the standard of cleaning of a simple, single oven was woeful. Much of the main dirt was removed, but a lot was not. Even at the time of the job I had to request additional cleaning - that was to little effect because the technician had clearly used a dirty cloth as well as touching the various layers of the glass on the oven door with his still-greasy hands. Not only that, on further inspection one of the main oven trays was significantly damaged!
Additionally, during the last 3 uses since the 'cleaning', the oven continues to give off a worse smell than before the Vapor Clean technician's activities and continues to leave an unpleasant residue on the bottom of the oven.
Although I can no longer raise a complaint directly with Vapor Clean, in future I will only use their main competitor. I therefore cannot nor will recommend Vapor Clean for oven cleaning activities!
If anyone from Vapor Clean wants photographic proof of the above, I have that available.
