Cleaning incomplete
Technician and office staff were friendly and helpful. Technician worked fast and efficiently. Unfortunately he was unable to remove stain from candles wax, and unknown stain in kitchen, which was the main bit I needed cleaning. It was not for lack of trying, but he could not find effective solvent.

We were very impressed by the proffessalism of Steve ,when he called to fix a problem with our carpet .
Our dog had chewed the corner of our bottom stair tread .
Stwve took a donor piece from the cuboard carpet ,and replaced the chewed area .
It was a brilliant job and was first class .
Steve evwn replaced the chewed piece into the cuboard and it is not even evident that it had been taken .
We were very impressed by his excellent custmer srevice ,and would use the service again .

Not the best...
Says on the website that carpets are vacuumed before cleaning, that didnt happen, i rubbed the carpet with my hand and picked up clumps of hair.
Also it says carpets can be dry in 30mins, well ours were still wet after 24hours. I did choose this company because it said about quick drying time buy that wasnt the case.

Fantastic
I called VaporClean on Monday, having used them before for a full house clean. This time I needed a filthy oven cleaned. The receptionist knew my name and details without asking me, obviously some automated wizardry going on in the background but a nice touch. An appointment was booked for Today(Thursday). Jamie and Will were on time pleasant and professional and left me with a gleaming oven! Very happy :)

Called me back quickly , turned up on time , did a great job and carpets were left only slightly damp and dried in an hour . The guy who came was really friendly . Would definitely use them again and the price was really good too !

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. Cleaning was pretty good but we did have to ask them to revisit before leaving as they had left a lot of crumbs and tried to suggest it was rust!! They did at least clean it. Wasn't happy that they left van in turning circle. Again they moved it when asked but we shouldn't have had to ask.
