Products were awful, service was good
Products were awful. Genuinely, few uses of each to let them bed in etc, make sure it wasn't an initial taste reaction. Had to throw away soon after. Strawberry milkshake actually tasted like vomit.
However the service was good and quick, so no fault there. Just wouldn't buy the products again.

Hi Mr Theobald
Thank you for taking your time to leave us such honest feedback. We strive to bring you products of the highest quality consistently. We are continually enhancing our juice selection to give you the customer a large and varied selection to choose from. I’m really sorry that you didn’t like the juice you chose but what suits one vaper may not suit the next and with so many varying tastes in our market we hope to have something for everyone.
If there is anything we can assist you with in the future like going through the different juice descriptions and flavours before you decide then please get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to help.
Again thank you for your review as it will only help us improve and strive towards our goal of bringing you our customers the best vaping goods around. I hope my colleague was of enough assistance to you in rectifying your choice. Happy vaping!

Happy customer
Just had an excellent customer service experience. Delivery always on time, good prices. Now and then my packages will arrive with some spillage inside despite the bottles not being opened, which is odd, but no deal-breaker. This is my go-to site for vape products right now!
