Great communication

I ordered spearmint but they gave me kiwi passionfruit by mistake. I emailed them, great communication. Sent off the wrong one and soon will be getting the correct one. They have been keeping me updated throughout the process. Thank you.

Terrible

Terrible. I ordered buy 3 get one free and they did not honour it. I emailed them straight away, they said they would add one. I did not receive it. And now they refuse to send another. They said if I buy more I will get one free. I would not trust them at all.

Great customer service quick response!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour vape kit, I emailed them after I ordered and received an email back within half an hour saying they'd sort this for me and the order still arrived next day, very happy and great customer service!

Ordered at 2pm on Wednesday, arrived on Thursday morning. Can't really get better service than that unless someone had delivered it personally. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you

Used these guys three times now

Used these guys three times now, very easy to deal with and very quick delivery time, usually next day delivery. Very good value for money and good quality. Recommend 100%.

Poor service and rude staff

Brought an Aegis boost on a Friday, with supposedly 24hrs delivery, turned up the following Wednesday, I messaged the company on the Tuesday to ask where it was and was meet with a rude reply, won’t use this company again.
Do yourself a favour and avoid!
