I haven't received my order
I haven't received my order, still waiting delivery after placing the order 9 days ago. It states 2-4 working days delivery. Normally the service is very good

Yet again I’ve sent emails to vapebig…
Yet again I’ve sent emails to vapebig and yet again they haven’t replied to me.
They say they have sent me a refund but nothing has been received by my bank.
They told me to contact my bank which I have and they have told me they have not sent anything back to my account and to get back in touch with vape big but like I’ve said they do not answer there phone or reply to emails. But on trust pilot they can reply but not to me directly.
I would recommend that you don’t use this company as they don’t do what they say there going to do and just scam you out of your hard earned money.

I have had to pay £5.00 as i received a card from Royal Mail saying not enough postage was paid.
I don't even pay postage with my orders being over a certain amount!

Well over a month since i reported my issue with my order & still no resolution.
Completely useless customer service, they respond to reviews & pretend to care but they simply do not. Save your time & money & buy elsewhere.

I ordered 2 boxes of vape and the one box of them seems to be not original as described with nicotine as well, but it is not with nicotine. I contacted them via email and explained my issue about but never get a response. I am so disappointment.
