Went to the Warrington branch to look for a van, went in and spoke to Chris told him my budget and he soon sorted me out. The whole experience was done with no pressure sales would highly recommend him. Very nice man.

Great friendly atmosphere
Great friendly atmosphere and not pushed into anything. Chris at Warrington branch was very helpful and a great knowledge of the vans . It was nice to be given paper work for every van with price and mileage. And the buying side was so easy and quick . And a great van at the end of to drive away

Top service all around. Chris has been of a great help. We have tested 4 vans and Chris was happy to help ended up buying one of the vans. The van has been running superb and cannot think of a better vehicle purchasing experience.

Professional, friendly and not at all pushy
I rang about a Hyundai I had seen on autotrader. From the first call Chris was friendly and informative. He explained the history of van monsters and how the car was priced - the price was excellent for the car.
I arranged a test drive and again Chris was friendly, explained things and I test drove the car.
I loved the car, Chris wasn't pushy at all, explained the process for buying through finance and left the decision to me. I reserved the car and everything from there was a breeze.
Chris kept in touch whilst I sold mine and sorted insurance etc. Throughout everything Chris was professional, supportive and I felt like I was a valued customer.

Great customer service makes buying a car a happy experience
Bought an MG ZS from Van Monster in Warrington. Dealing with Chris from the start was a great experience. No question was too much. Great friendly service. Had a slight issue after buying the car but was sorted quickly and I am happy with the car and service. Would definitely recommend and would buy another car from Chris in the future
