If you have a redemption issue it is impossible to get anybody on the phone. My company has lost hundreds of dollars to this company, but have no choice but to use them. If you have a choice, please go elsewhere.

My gift card got flagged for fraudulent charges, and I called customer service, it's almost been seven buisness days, and still no replacement card as they said there would be :(
edit as of three days later, I have had no following communication despite having filled out the survey, and given out my details.

Poor service across the board
They offer Add to Apple wallet, which does not work for "Security purposes" which they refuse to define. The online "Help" offers limited options. I was sent A$75 as payment for my time, and this company diluted that. Took me 45 min of trying, retrying, trouble shooting, then calling to get a GIFT CARD to work.

Negative star
Negative star, I had 2 gift cards that expired last month. I forgot I had them, and I called them to be reissued due to them still having money on them. Spoke to customer service and they said the money has been forfeited. I said that’s my money and now I can’t use it. Surely there is a way to reissue. Got told there wasn’t. I will never buy these again unless I have been contacted and resissued.

Scam gift cards and no response from Vanilla
I got two of these gift cards worth $750 for my birthday and when I went to use them both were fraudulent. I contacted Vanilla the company who issued them and sent photos and all the evidence (this is a well known scam and has been on a current affair etc). No response from the company and I have followed them up via email and phone 7 times with no response- don’t buy these cards they are a total scam

Do not purchase Visa gift cards. They will charge you $7.50 for activation fee. Give actual cash instead or get GC from stores / restaurants or anything that you don’t have to pay activation fee.

These cards do not work, cannot use them online. I tried to use at a grocery store and it put a hold on my acount and now have to wait a week for a new one. What is going to stop it from not working again. I feel bad for my family members who wasted $60.

Warning Infected Site - Do Not Use!
Website balance checking never works. The company declines purchases and has retained the gift funds deposited with them. The company has no customer service and will not respond to customer service requests. Their official web site is infected with a Trojan virus that will steal you gift card money if you use it while infecting your personal devices. Cheaper to throw away the gift funds than repair the damage to your personal devices. Tell the sender of the card to never/ever purchase one again!
