Wasn’t posted on site that a class that…
Wasn’t posted on site that a class that I purchased was only approved for CE credits if taken within 2 weeks. The site said that I had well into 2026 to take it. Then I get an email stating to use it immediately by 12/19. I reached out to customer service and they claimed it was a “duplicate” request and didn’t help me. Still waiting for a reply and an offering to switch it to a different course. I also don’t like that many of their courses are READ only with zero audio. They have no customer service agents available on weekends when I am off and trying to complete courses. Their chat bot is useless. Other providers of CE do more.

My course is stalled and won’t move forward. I am out 4 hours time and the cost of the course. Customer service doesn’t respond to my emails or chat requests for assistance.

4 hours of credit took 7.5 hours to…
4 hours of credit took 7.5 hours to complete. Way too much content. Also there were many examples of dumb mistakes like interchanging words such as: advise vs advice… transaction vs translation … principle vs principal and so on. It makes you look uneducated and here you are in the education field.

Bigger is not always Better!
Unfortunately, you sold out! 360 training was not the answer. I don’t need a voice to read me my class information. I’m a grown adult and I can read! The fact that the only way to get rid of the talking was to turn off my volume instead of a mute button that you could’ve created, but you didn’t. I’ve been a Van Ed client/customer whatever you wanna call me for over 30 years and I will not be returning to take any more classes. I will just finish up with what I’ve paid for and then find another alternative.

Interesting subject for Coloradans
Great course, interesting subject, tests got a little bit picky for a realtor vs a law student. Seems like realtors should be understanding concepts as opposed to multiple choice questions with the exact date and year a rule was put into effect. This is something that you will never remember afterwards as opposed to what the rules relate to in practice.

Courses are way too long. Van Ed platform was better.
A 1 credit survey course took about 10 hrs!
25 CREC update took 11.5 hrs!

Not a good experience this time with the new company
A class that should only take 4 hours took me 5.5 hours. Way too much unnecessary information covered. Definitely not like it used to be.
