The main part of the course was OK, but I found the last section to be completely not about the subject and a review of an ethics course.

CREC update 2025
Class was very informative, however it was also very time consuming. It is 4 credit hours and a required yearly class, but there is no way it can actually be completed in that time frame. Plan for more time than 4 hours.

I took a 4 hour continuing education…
I took a 4 hour continuing education course that took 8 hours. This was deceptive, exhaustive and frustrating and we were required to complete it within a shorter time frame than I remember in the past. So much better to take this course in person but hard to find anyone doing in person ever since covid.

Class takes way too long to complete.
I know you have to adhere to the requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Departments, but the class as it stands cannot be completed in less that 6 hours if you follow all of the parts of the class. That is way too long for a 4hour credit class you are forced to take to keep your license. Your class is fine it is the subject matter and the amount that is required.

Ease of use and works with my schedule. What more could you ask for?
I do the lessons on my time and when I am available, not when the class teacher is available. This is the best of both worlds. I get to complete my required CE at the same as using my free time schedule to complete them.

202 5 Annual Update course
Just took and successfully completed the 2025 mandatory update course.
It says it’s a 4 hr course for 4 credit hours?
It took 10+ hours to complete the course!
Way too much material and detail for a 4 hour course!
That’s ridiculously long to receive only 4 credit hours.
The CREC should give everyone completing that course 4 extra elective hours credit at a minimum?

The 4 hour ce mandatory took up to 8.5…
The 4 hour ce mandatory took up to 8.5 hours to complete. I was forced to subscribe to Dora's emails or I could not continue with the class. The diploma was difficult to find on the website. I hope to be able to talk to someone about the recommended courses for 3 year license.

The content of the course was fine
The content of the course was fine. It was ridiculous how many times I had to “verify” my identity. Also, the course timed out in the middle of taking a quiz and I had to restart. I had been working on the course for not that long so not sure why it timed out.

Answers were concise, and correct. They are “english as a second language” helpers, which is fine, but some are very difficult to understand

my experience was not good---your platform is not nearly as good and it was before----i have used van ed for years and this year I was challenged with your process --your delivery time for certificates is terrible -- has always been instant and it does not have how many hours you earned on them
