Valencia My Home is a relocation consultancy dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families move to Valencia with confidence. We provide personalized support throughout the relocation process, combining local knowledge with professional guidance to make settling in Spain as straightforward as possible. Our services cover both practical and administrative aspects of relocation. We assist clients with finding and securing long-term rental properties, communicating with real estate agencies and landlords, attending property viewings on behalf of clients who are not yet in Spain, reviewing rental contracts, and guiding them through the rental process. We also provide assistance with a wide range of administrative and immigration procedures, including NIE and TIE applications, EU Registration Certificates (Green NIE), empadronamiento, Digital Certificates (Cl@ve), Social Security registration, residence permit renewals, and Digital Nomad and Non-Lucrative Visa support. At Valencia My Home, we believe relocation is about much more than paperwork. Every client has different circumstances, so we take the time to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all service. Throughout the process, we act as a reliable local representative, helping clients navigate language barriers, administrative requirements, and everyday challenges with clear communication and practical support. Our goal is to simplify the relocation experience, allowing our clients to focus on starting their new life in Valencia while knowing they have a trusted professional by their side.

I'm from the US and I needed help…

I'm from the US and I needed help buying an apartment in Valencia. Cris helped with scheduling, translating for apartment viewings as well as negotiating prices, reviewing deed and contract with the notary, and helping me obtain a mortgage. Even after the sale he helped me with hiring contractors for remodeling. I recommend Cris and Valencia my Home for anything housing related in Valencia.
