The holiday was extremely well thought out with just the right amount of day visits and free days. Emma was very good looking after us all. The hotel was perfectly positioned to take advantage of the town fascilities. If I am hypercritical the visit to Bilbao and the next day home made it two very tiring days

The holiday was just as described, the hotel was very good, food excellent and staff very helpful. Our tour manager was very conscientious, got to know us all well, had a good sense of humour and helped whenever needed. Good variety of trips out.
And we had good weather!

Representatives are very nice but it’s…
Representatives are very nice but it’s hard to get through to someone for follow-up questions on the automated system. Also I think the person who helped me may have been new and although she was very nice, she seemed unsure of the answers and didn’t get additional services I asked for right in the proposal. It was too confusing to straighten out, so I just ended up cancelling those extra things and booked them on my own.
