Payal was an excellent advisor.
She was patient and understanding of the problem and communicated with me in a clear, calm and professional manner.
She helped me to understand what had gone wrong,how to rectify it and what to look out for in the future.

Arpa Bhattacharya contacted me to inform that there was a problem with my base station. This was reset and the firmeware updated but there were still faults. Arpa Bhattacharya arranged for a replacent base unit to be sent. This did take some time but when it arrived he contacted me and completed the installation. A good job well done.

my network was down ,a lovely lady called Ayushmita Ghosh dealt with my issue, she was very professional, polite and friendly, she took her time to talk me through what I needed to do to address the issue, I would highly recommend V4 consumer network excellent high quality staff like Ayushmita Ghosh, thank you so much for your help today
