Very Costly Experience
It seems that many people have wonderful reviews on the decals, but based on my experience I would not recommend the wallpaper from Urbanwalls. I was not comfortable installing the paper myself so I hired a professional to do a wall in my bathroom. Two rolls ended up in the garbage, and the company was not willing to refund even a small portion of my $500 investment. (The unused rolls) The instructions for installation are not clear and carefully worded to prevent any responsibility, financial or otherwise. Hopefully they will be reviewed and clarified for both textured and non-textured surfaces. I ended up buying a non-woven wallpaper from a reputable German company for $60 and the results were beautiful. Do your research before you order; many of the non-woven papers are just as removable as the "peel and stick" papers, much easier to install and a lot less expensive. Email from their customer service stated that the fault was with the installer, who had 30 years experience. He certainly didn't have a problem with the non-woven paper, which was completed in less than two hours the day after the wall had been re-primed. Lesson learned...
