Painless - Got the info I needed
I telephoned Utmost for some information that I needed which was a little complex, so not something I could source online. I got through fairly quickly and the person I spoke to was super helpful.
There was some other more generic information I needed too and that was already available in a document to be downloaded from their website, so that saved me alsot of time too.

Good response from system and agent.
Quick route through automated system to get to talk to a person. Agent's questions were what I expected to make sure I was who I said I was. Result of request exactly what I wanted.
