Delivery was sooner than originally…
Delivery was sooner than originally proposed. Only negative was the packaging appeared as though it was used or had been a return and all parts were loose inside box. Not a huge deal and everything that was needed was in there. Just provided the appearance of not being factory packaged.

Fair prices, solid customer service.
Overall the experience was positive -- ordered a few things, everything was as described and fairly priced. A few of the items didn't work out and I ended up needing to return them, and had to correspond extensively with one of their customer service reps, Hannah, who was super responsive and helpful. They made returns easy, and the "redo" option for $4 is totally worth it. I wish more companies did this.
