Easy transaction and a good price on my jacket. I’d say one thing for improvement is the processing time to get an order shipped. 3-5 business days for processing seems a bit lengthy in an age when Am... Zobacz więcej

Received Helmet - Transport Sleeve Missing
Received helmet in original box but manuals and the helmet's drawstring sleeve for transport were not included. Would've been nice to receive the transport sleeve as I saw it was in each of the boxes at REI. Good price since it was last season's though.
Update: UtahSkis reached out and gave a partial refund that more than offset the cost of the bag + manual. Thanks to them for rectifying this. Changing review from 2 to 4 stars.
