Buyer Beware!!! Complete bait and switch. It said $8 per monthly subscription and then it charged me an annual subscription of $96 for 12 months. Looked for a way to cancel it within minutes and then went down a rabbit hole of questions and when I cancelled it it said that my membership would run through 2025 for the full amount. After doing some research online and finding a customer service number someone actually answered the phone and said they couldn’t refund the money because I had (accidentally) downloaded a document so they would have to charge me at least the $39 monthly fee (they said they would refund the balance, let’s see). Reporting them to BBB and my credit card company. Absolutely unethical company that is into tricking unsuspecting consumers and confusing them to hit on payment options that are intentionally deceptive and misleading.

The premium membership is the greatest value for really growing my small business. The sales contracts add professionalism and protection to both the customer and the business. The corporate forms really help us stay organized as our LLC grows!

The web site was confusing and I felt that It mispresented what a month subscription costs.
It suggests signing up, 8 dollars monthly, then download the item you want, then cancel the subscription. It was like a bate and switch. Found out that the monthly subscription was actually 40 dollars
BEWARE

I needed documents for hauling horses and having friends ride my horses. This was a great website to customize and print off my forms.

I tried to find a legal form and thought I had to sign up first. Since it said $15/mo cancel anytime I tried it. It turned out to be $15/mo for 12 mo or $180/yr. When I tried to cancel they said sorry, we will refund you $121 and charge $59 for 1 month. This was not what I thought I was buying and I see many complaints about this on BBB site.
