Charge me for a pamphlet? Charge me $96 without my knowledge. I tried opening a form and the page was still loading after two hours! Canceled my subscription at once, currently trying to get the $96 refunded for this terrible experience.

Please do not use this site. I was helping a friend find a form to adopt her step son and through all my research found uslegalforms.com and found i can subscribe for $8/month. I meant to grab the from and cancel but was charged $96. When I asked for the refund the rep Ivy told me the $96 charge was disclosed on the website which I never saw. It is absolutely deceptive and should state $96/annually not $8. That shows proof of deception in my book.
Reply: upon review of the website I see the orange toggle button however the button is not the problem. The wording and the layout is the issue. On the annual slide side you have the price listed as 8 dollars a month in bold then under it in regular text smaller it says billed annually. Which makes it look like your saying its going to be 8 dollars a month for a year. The problem here is why wouldn't you put that its 96 dollars a year its honestly a classic bait and switch. Wile you give the service you say you do you do not make the pricing plain enough for everyone to understand. Clarity of price would be putting in plain text that its 96 dollars billed annually.

I also have an issue with the customer service rep who was very condescending and acted like I was stupid for not understanding the pricing when its clearly easy to misunderstand based on the reviews ive read about the website after I had the issue. She also denied my refund even though the website clearly says 100% refund guaranteed.

Be careful to read all of the small print and checked boxes with this one. I purchased a Quit Claim Deed from this site and somewhere missed the tiny checked box to do a "subscription" so I paid $59 dollars for the deed and then the next month they charged another $59 and told me they couldn't refund me even though I only used the one deed because I hadn't canceled the "subscription". I won't be using them again.

I went on the website because I needed a form. Well, when you are presented with the subscription offers, they tell you the basic plan is $8 a month. What they don't tell you is that if you choose this option, they charge your card for the full year. I spoke with a woman named Hilda who was ZERO help. I told her the situation, and she didn't try to help me. The only thing they could do was reimburse me for the monthly fee, which is 39.99, not $8 as advertised. I understand we all make mistakes, however if this is something that consumers should be paying attention to, then don't make it in fine print where you cheat people out of their money. This business is AWFUL!!! WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!

I subscribed becaused I wanted to create a discretionary trust for a minor. After downloading the form, I saw that it did not offer some of the basic features that I needed, such as specifying multiple trustees or successor trustees. The form ended up being useless to me. I regret not looking more carefully at the preview before subscribing.
