My husband and I found a ring on Etsy that was made by US Jewery that we wanted to purchase. My husband was very skeptical of ordering an expensive ring online without ever seeing the company or the ring in person. I called US Jewery and spoke with Luda (for short) and she was wonderful to talk to. She answered all my questions and even sent me pictures and a video of He runs I wanted. From the moment I purchased the ring, to delivery to my home, to returning the ring for sizing and then delivery again it took only 7 days total. I have nothing but great comments about US Jewery. My husband and I will definitely use them again for future purchases. We have also already referred a friend that is looking for an engagement ring. I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service and support. I needed a radiant cut 1.46 carat ring sized and mailed to me prior to our destination wedding in DR. I was not used to making purchases like this over the phone and email...But , I was confident that everything would work out perfect, and it did. I surprised my wife and the alter with the new ring and she absolutely LOVEs it!!! If you have any doubts on making a decision - go to the facebook page and gain more cred. The quality and look of this ring would of costed me an easy $2k more from shops in Chicago. GO FOR IT. They Deliver 100%. Great people as well.

We weren't sure about going online for such a big important purchase like our wedding bands, but after the prompt follow up and willingness to help and meet our needs with in budget we felt comfortable with the pictures and quality we would be receiving...great to do business with! LOVE my engagement ring.

I was skeptical about buying on line but when I called them they welcomed me to come in and see the ring in person. That's when I had a chance to meet these people (and the designer in person) and they are very helpful, down to earth and just happy and proud of their products. I was very impressed - and I did my my homework and went to a lot of places. I also had to sell my fiance's old ring and again US Jewelry Factory shined in their fairness and offered me top price for it. Note, enhanced diamonds are not certified but I learned in this whole process (buying a ring while selling a ring) that certifications mean nothing, absolutely nothing at all. The whole industry is filled with scams and do your research first because you are spending a lot of money. Go check out US Jewelry, call them, or visit them, they are honest and will give you by far the most value for your money!

I purchased a setting from US jewelry factory. I had an issue with a local jeweler setting my diamond from a different ring into this setting. US jewelry factory took my old ring and the new setting and quickly and efficiently reset my diamond. They handled my order professionally and promptly and I will definitely use them again in the future.
