My ring is beautiful and exactly as they advertised and pictured online. I asked them to size it and they did the sizing perfectly. They promptly responded to each question I had prior to my purchase. I highly recommend them and I will definitely buy from them again and refer my friends and family!

They were advertising a gorgeous ring on Etsy and only had 3 images of it. I contacted them to see a few images on a female hand. They responded right away. I had a few more questions which they also answered right away. I bought the ring and it is stunning.

matched pictures perfectly. ordered a size 6, but got a 6.5, which was advertised with picture. that is only disappointment

GAppalling! BAD BAD BAD.
I bought a ring with my fiancé two years ago and at the time was super happy with it, it was extremely sparkly and beautiful, I loved it, and such an amazing deal. It is a trilogy set ring with a main diamond and 2 smaller either side.
Only to find it has been clarity enhanced. It isn’t the stone it states which was D & E. Within the last 6 months my centre diamond now has a big black line through the centre.
I had taken it to my regular jewellery shop and after in-depth investigation he told me the stone was clarity enhanced, this means it is a poor quality diamond and they have used a laser treatment to enhance the clarity and get rid of the marks.
It is not clear on the website these diamonds have been clarity enhanced, on the main page I bought my ring on there was no comment of this.
I have recently been in contact with this company and they have shown me no interest in helping saying I bought the ring 2 years ago so it is not covered in warranty and they can not refund.
They have sent me a link to say this is where is is on their page to advise they are clarity enhanced but it was other clear where on the website it was located, also if you are not a jewellery expert you are not going to know what Clarity Enhanced means.
I asked USJewellery for a little compensation back because this stone could eventually crack and break, I said I wasn’t happy with how they were dealing with my complaint (they kept answering question I hadn’t asked and avoiding the matter) I was told they had spoken to their lawyer and they do not abide by black mail and they were keeping a paper chain of our emails, I did not at all black mail them.
my Local jeweller has said the certificate is way out and is not worth anything near the amount they state and they use a lower grade qualifier to be able to get away with it.
I feel US Jewellery are very nice and helpful as they are getting your service. I was most upset with their overall service, lack of help.

If you want your ring to deteriorate over the years and want a cheap bargain then these are the people to shop with.
I would suggest save a bit more and get the real thing.

When I contacted the company, they were very helpful with answering all of my questions regarding the ring I was considering to get. They had amazing customer service. I was Kindof hesitating about buying a ring online but this place made me feel comfortable about the idea. I would definitely buy from here again and again. And My fiancé also loved the ring I purchased from here. Definitely one of a kind.. thanks again!!!!

Communication was wonderful. I had been looking for months for a Tanzanite and diamond ring. When I saw the one I purchased from US Jewelry Factory, I knew this was the one! Every email I sent was answered. They are up front about purchases. After the ring was paid for they offered to send me the ring to make sure I liked it and me mail it back and having it sized at no charge. Once it was sized to they size I needed, it was not a refundable item. I was told this up front. I took the ring to my local jeweler when I received it. I checked to make sure the larger diamonds on the ring were authentic. They were. I received a GIA appraisal. I paid half the appraisal price. I could not be happier with my purchase. The prices are great.
