I absolutely love my new diamond ring! I can’t say enough about Lyudmila. She was exceptional with her diligence in helping me through the whole process. She constantly sent me photos and videos of each step while making my new ring. The estimated time to make the ring was spot on and Is beautiful and dazzling as promised.

After FINALLY deciding on a ring from US Jewelry Factory (there were so many I loved on their site) they contacted me immediately since I had asked for a resize of a half size to my normal size. They offered to let me try the ring at the original size and send in the original package a prepaid return label incase I still wanted to have it resized, or they would go ahead and resize before shipping. I chose to try the original size first on their suggestion, and the ring fits great! It shipped in record time and the ring is absolutely gorgeous! Trust me, the pictures really don't show the true beauty of the jewelry. I will be a repeat buyer!

I bought a yellow diamond bypass ring in February. I was told, and have the email proof of this, that it wasn't color enhanced and was a natural yellow diamond. Fast forward to now, getting it appraised for insurance purposes, and I find out that it is COLORED YELLOW DIAMOND. I am incredibly disappointed and wish I would have handled this in the first. 30 days or before I had them to size it. If you buy, I recommend going and getting it looked at ASAP.

EDIT: The company sent me an email about this review. I appreciate that. However, they began to attack me and basically insinuated I was stupid for not seeing "COLOR ENHANCED" on the site. Here's the thing, I asked about this and was given some generic answer that it was to help and they didn't sell fake yellow diamonds. I told them I would return it and that made them mad so they then, insulted my intelligence again, and basically threatened legal action. They also made some comment about me doing this to other companies. Basically, took an upset customer who didn't ask for a thing at first, and attacked their intelligence and integrity. I don't care how you spin it, that's cruddy customer service.

Now, keep in my mind, I have the full right to leave reviews on my experience. I was even kind in my initial review (didn't ask for money back or to return or anything) and just advised customer's to go get their jewelry appraised sooner rather than later like I did.

Be aware of the customer service here. They are fond of bully tactics. They are also trying to get this review removed from TrustPilot which I have also in email from them.

Just wow!! I have my absolute dream ring and can’t believe it! Easy to communicate via text with sales, easy to make payments and the ring was here the NEXT DAY after my last payment was complete.

Sure- the ring is a little small and yeah, maybe it’s stuck on my finger right now with no intention of coming off and yes, my finger DOES resemble a fat kid in skinny jeans right now- but that’s on me. The ring is gorgeous! Better than photos (if that’s even possible), solid, great quality and worth every damn penny!

You won’t find bigger or better for less anywhere else... trust me. I spent the entirety of the 2020 Quarantine searching!
