It arrived promptly
It arrived promptly. It is a well-made product, not just some knock off of something. Installation takes time and patience, but from the looks of it, I don’t think I’ll have water coming into my garage this winter.

So happy to have the mat!
The order process was flawless. The mat was very easy to install. The lines make it easy to park my vehicle and know I am on the mat. The mat definitely helps to keep the cement floor dry. I find I can easily mop up any puddles that a wet car creates.

Caution in hot locations…
Before purchasing, understand that in high heat environments like Florida, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico, Garadry shrinks along the length of the product. In my case with a standard two-car garage, the product is now two- inches shorter and no longer reaches the garage end points. The product should really be heat pre-stressed before selling.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced.
This level of shrinkage is unusual, and we’d like the opportunity to investigate it further. Please contact us by email and include a few photos showing the seal and the affected areas. Our technical team will review these and respond with advice on the best way forward.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to helping resolve the issue.
Kind regards

Installation Went Well
My rating is based on only a short experience. The threshold has only been installed for a week, so my evaluation is only based on installation and early use. It has not even rained since I installed it. The materials and the directions for installation were very good. The time for delivery was reasonable. The product seems good, and the adhesive seems to be effective. I can't yet comment on durability or effectiveness of the product.
