Great Product!
I didn't feel I could review this until it was tested. I had a 1/2" of a rain in a short period of time and the GaraDry didn't allow any water into my building. I definitely recommend this product.

Works, but incomplete directions
Seems to be working well even though I used the wrong product to seal the concrete. I would have given 5 stars if there had been an instruction sheet tucked in the box. The product labeling omits recommended drying time, I waited 24 hours and so far so good.

Was not too difficult to install. A little confusing on where the door should rest on the strip but once figured it out was easy from there. Have not seen water on floor since install and have had several rains since. Very pleased so far.

The quality of the product and the ease to install it was outstanding, before our garage would get water inside every time it would rain, but after apply the GaraDry 1/2” rubber strip down, no more water or bugs in our garage. Thanks for putting out an awesome product.!!!

Good quality door seal
Installation was easy -probably should have bought the 1" high version because of a slight dip in the garage floor that allows water to get in during a heavy rain. I have readjusted the garage door and that may solve the issue. The material of the seal is very high quality.
