The item (shorts) arrived, un-bagged and in a large box, which you could have fitted about 10 pairs. The shorts themselves appear to have been the victim of a discontented warehouse person who appears to have attempted to clean the warehouse floor with them before putting them into the box.
Dockers shoes are made in China
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Dockers, but before I ordered I checked the pair of Dockers shoes that I own and learned they were made in Pakistan. When my shoes arrived I discovered that they were made in China, our biggest enemy. I emailed Dockers and all I got was a run around. I will never do business again with a company that gets its products from China.

Needed pants without hassle for a business trip. Ordered overnight shipping and they didn't arrive until 4 days later. Customer service was dismissive and offered nothing after the fact.
Fake Discounts and Dishonest Website
Wasted more than an hour trying to get the "special offer". Sign up for the newsletter, get 20% off your first order. There are at least 3 different areas that advertise get 20% off your first order if you hand over your information. And then, the promo code doesn't work. Spoke to chat about the problem, who sent me a new code, that also didn't work. Spoke to chat again, who eventually just refused to honor the code, saying that they wont combine the promo code I got with anything that is on sale or discount, so the promo code is bogus, its useless. The whole thing is scam, its bait and switch. I will never buy Dockers or Levi products again. And, in case you're wondering, their dishonest tactics saved them from taking $15 off my order, and instead lose a customer for life. Business Model Fail.

I should have read the bad reviews here, before ordering chinos from them. I ordered my chinos a week ago and never received them, I've emailed them and they asked me for my address, but received no further update.
They are utter rubbish, I will stick to going to another brand like Gant next time, well provided I get my refund back.

6 Months After Order, No Delivery but Credit Card Charge Remains
Dockers represented a product as available, held a payment for 6 months, and never sent the product.
I placed an online order for an item represented as in stock on January 2022 and my credit card was charged. In June 2022 (just shy of 6 months later), my order had not shipped despite the Dockers website showing that the item I ordered was still available. I gave customer service a call to check on my order and was refunded $20 from an original $50 for slow service. I was told that my order would ship within a week.
A week later after receiving no shipping or order notifications, I called Dockers customer service again. I learned that my order had been canceled. At the time of my call, Dockers had not issued a refund for the credit card charge and the customer service representative went ahead and pushed it through.
I wonder whether Dockers would have held on to the money indefinitely and never send the product if I did not call customer service. I also wonder how many other people Dockers has charged and not delivered for this year. Covid shortages are understandable, but representing an item as available, committing to shipping an item in a defined time period, and accepting payment for items that are not delivered after many month is never appropriate.
If this practice is widespread, then it is possible that publicly available sales and inventory numbers for the publicly traded Levi Strauss organization that owns Dockers are being manipulated in a manner that at least violates the intentions of GAAP.

Avoid. Ordered item, first delivery attempt was 7 days later. Slow. When I returned the items, I got no refund after two weeks. I chased up. They have lost the package, and say I have to fill in a form to claim a refund. It’s been over a month that they’ve had the package and still no refund. I’ve simply asked credit card company to refund me. Would never buy from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I thought as it was part of Levi’s everything would be ok. Still waiting for my order to be dispatched one week after they claimed it was. Yodel have it on their system pending receipt. I have tried cancelling but I have received zero communication back. Will pursue this now through PayPal for a refund. Never again will I order from this company.

Appalling, is not strong enough. Bought light denim overshirt shirt, lost in transit, re-ordered and they sent some nondescript navy blue thing. Not even denim. They use courier company. Returned item 28th Jan and still not been delivered. That was on 28th Jan. Today 4th Feb.

I placed an order on 10th January and after waiting 5 days with no word on the despatch I consulted the tracking page to see that my order was still waiting in the Dockers warehouse to be sent to the courier. I called Customer Services and was told that a case would be raised to get it picked up by Yodel. On 17th January I had an email from Yodel saying that they had my parcel and their tracker told me that it would be delivered to my designated Collect + point the following day, Tuesday 18th January. As it hadn't arrived by 4.30 that day I called Yodel Collect + and was told that it would arrive by 8pm latest on that day. I checked the tracker at 8pm only to see 'We tried to collect your parcel but it wasn't available. Please contact your sender with any queries'. I called Yodel again the following morning to be told that the driver couldn't find my parcel and so he was unable to deliver it as promised but it would be on the van today to be delivered. Checking the tracker at 4pm today the same message 'We tried to collect your parcel but it wasn't available. Please contact your sender with any queries' was there again. I called Yodel a third time and was told the same story, the driver couldn't find the parcel and therefore was unable too deliver. They apparently raised a case to try and find out where the parcel is. I followed up with a call to Dockers who were very polite but no help whatsoever, telling me that they would also open a case to investigate what had happened and I would have to wait a few days for any further information. As the order was for a birthday gift on 19th I said that this was no use to me and requested a refund but Dockers were not willing to refund unless I can return the order, which I don't actually have.
What a shambles...my advice, give Dockers and anything to do with Yodel a miss!

They are indeed the worst company to deal with! I've asked to cancel my order within 1 hour I placed it. They refused to cancel it. Then I returned the order and asked for the return fee to be waived and again they refused. NEVER AGAIN !
