I was looking for a kettle that was 100% stainless steel on the interior and this kettle is exactly that. I love the cute retro style as well. I took off a point because sometimes the kettle stops working and throws an error. The customer service team was great and offered to send me a replacement.

I purchased a kettle, and it works just as expected.
After using for a few months, I noticed a little rust. I contacted BUYDEEM, and we worked on a solution, but the rust would not come off, so then sent me a perfectly new kettle.
