Decent service

Decent service. A bit short staffed causing a delay in delivery of my items, caused me to worry quite a bit, but ultimately things worked out in the end. They also forgot to cancel my storage payment after I had retrieved my items, but they swiftly refunded me after sending them an email. Overall, a decent experience.

Returning customer for 4 years

Have used the services as a student for 4 years. The company is always understanding and helpful. Never had a single big issue. All my items always return safely. Now that I am graduated can only hope to find another good one like this in the new location.

Very Helpful in Difficult Circumstances

Urban Spaceman Storage were able to pack all of my belongings from my University room while I was stuck out of the country over five thousand kilometres away. They offered quick and insightful responses to all of my queries and were generally great to deal with.
